Schedule is released. Please note that is we make any changes to the schedule, we will send out an email labeled, “Schedule Change Alert”. It is your responsibility to check that email to make sure you have the most up to date times.

Team Check In Info
We will NOT be using the side entrance for team check in this year. Facing the building, team check in entrance will be the far right door(Only).

If you HAVE National Sports ID, it will be quick and easy. Please show up 30 mins prior to your 1st game to pick up you coaches and team’s badges.

If you DO NOT HAVE Nationals Sports ID, you must show up at least 1hr prior to your 1st game, with ALL PLAYERS and COACHES. You will need birth certificates and report cards for every player. We will check every player. Any player that does not have those documents will not be allowed to play.

We always suggest you use National Sports ID and If you play in multiple of our events, it is required. The 1st time it is not required, but very helpful

Tournament Info
We have a zero-tolerance policy with poor behavior, from spectators, coaches or players. We will remove you quickly. We want everyone to have a great time and cheer their team on, players to have fun and compete with good sportsmanship and coaches to have good sportsmanship and passion for their team win or lose. However, we won’t hesitate to remove someone who has poor behavior.

Beginning the 2025 tournament season, Panhandle Basketball will require bag checks. Any bag being brought into an event will be inspected by Panhandle Basketball’s security / police staff. Beginning in May 2025, this policy will advance to a “clear bag ONLY” policy in addition to bag checks. These policies apply to ALL coaches, players & spectators!!

IT IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT THAT YOUR ROSTERS ARE CORRECT ON EXPOSURE. Team rosters MUST be up to date and complete for your team profile on the Exposure Basketball website. These rosters are used at the scores table and for individual / team game stats.
