Here a couple reminders for the tournament:

1. Cash Only at the door, please let your parents know!
2. Follow Team Check In rules. They have been sent to you several times!
3. We have a zero tolerance on poor behavior or poor sportsmanship, from anyone!
4. Gyms will NOT open, until 30 mins before the 1st game in that gym!
5.. Be on time!
6. All bags will be checked and be aware of the prohibited items.

For the safety and enjoyment of everyone at an event, anyone entering the Mobile
Convention Center is subject to a reasonable search. This includes, but is not limited to bags,
purses, coats and hats. Guests are PROHIBITED from bringing the following items into the

Mobile Convention Center.

Bags larger than 14" x 14" x 6"
Backpacks
Outside food or drink
Alcohol, drugs, illegal substances
Glass, plastic or metal containers
Metal water bottles
Coolers
Knives, firearms or weapons of any kind
Pepper spray/Mace

Laser pointers
Flags/signs with poles
Parcels
Any items the contents of which is not
displayed
Strollers or baby seats
Folding chairs
Noise makers or horns

The Mobile Convention Center reserves the right to restrict any other items that could pose
a safety hazard or restrict the enjoyment of another guest. Any prohibited items may be
returned to a vehicle or disposed of properly. The Mobile Convention Center also reserves

the right to inspect personal belongings of a suspicious nature.

Please understand there are NO EXCEPTIONS to the 2 options for check in. If you do not, you will have to forfeit games! If you don't understand, you can call.
Team Check-In

We have types of Check-ins for this event:
1). If your team has National Sports ID, the head coach only has to check in.
A. If you have your badges, players and coaches need to wear them and have them available for players before every game.
B. If you do NOT have your badges (please check in with administration they may have them ready), you must print out your National Sports ID roster and have it ready to show before each game.

2) If you DO NOT have National Sports ID, you must print out current pictures( put them all on 1 sheet of paper, no more than 2. Not Individual, but printed like a roster with pictures) of all your players with names. You will need to arrive 1hr prior to your 1st game with ALL Players, their birth certificates, report cards and that roster with current pictures. At check in, we will verify every player and mark your roster with the current pictures, certified!

There are NO EXCEPTIONS to these two options!

We’re excited to announce that the event schedule will be released shortly. Before we do, here are some important details you need to know:

Scheduling Information
We are organizing 140+ teams across 11 courts and have worked hard to accommodate as many of the 50+ special requests as possible. While we aimed to meet every request, please understand that some adjustments may not have been feasible.

Once the schedule is released, any necessary changes will be communicated through a “Schedule Change Alert” via email and text. It is your responsibility to review the schedule and confirm you have the most up-to-date game times.

We have sold out the 12th annual Gulf Coast Showdown and have a waiting list. There are a few teams that have NOT paid. If youare one of those teams, payment must be made Tuesday by 12PM. If you do not make payment we will pull teams from the waiting list.
