Had to wait for some manual entry brackets but all set and final. Hope yall enjoyed day 1. Good luck tomorrow and let's remember to keep it about the ballers. We had some overzealous parents (every tourney does) and I ask for your help to keep them in the stands :).

Have an awesome night and we will see you tomorrow. All first games are at 9:25. Gyms will open no earlier than 8:45. If your a first game please give us a chance to set gyms and be ready for day 2 action.

Side note, ShotbySanders got some great video and shots. If you want your team or baller to get some social media content, please hit up TJ or his social content team in the gyms tomorrow.

Welcome to the SES Showdown! Basic info and some code of conduct rules:

1.) No one is behind the benches or scorer's table on any court. Players and coaches only please on bench sides.
2.) Videography: Please tape from the baseline or the end of your bench. No one at scorer's table please.
3.) Only 2 coaches allowed on the bench.
4.) Any fan, parent, player, coach, etc. that displays abusive language, fighting, excessive abuse of referees will immediately be removed from the venue and barred from the event. It's a differnt world out there in travel and we take pride in celebrating and enjoying the game. Any abusive behavior will not only result in ejection, but could lead to suspension and bans with Panhandle basketball. With that being said, we have had great success in having quality tournaments with passionate fans. Please help us keep that up.
5.) Age verify: Panhandle basketball uses National sports ID for age verification. If you don't have NSID, you MUST have birth certificate, player school ID or online portal with photo and current year. No exceptions. Challenges must be made BEFORE a game, not after. Any team caught cheating will be removed from the tournament. We all pay a good chunk of money to participate and watch these ballers, let's keep the playing field fair. If you plan on having a player interntionally play down, this isnt't the tournament for you. Challenges can only be made by the head coach.
6.) Gate: 30.00 day pass 40.00 weekend. Kids 12 and under free
7.) Payment methods: Cashapp, Venmo, Cash
8.) Benches: Please clean your bench after each game.
9.) Scorer's table: Absolutely no one at the scorer's table except players and coaches of current game. Let our staff focus on the game. If a parent approaches the bench, they will be subject to expulsion from the tournament.

** Gulf Coast Jam is this weekend on the beach. If you are staying in PCB, please be mindful of longer drive times. We chose Bay County venues to avoid that traffic. If staying on the beach, be cognizant of drive times.
** Brackets will be posted on Saturday. Please, do not ask for changes. We went an extra gym so we don't go late into the night on Saturday or Sunday and have you all out at a reasonable time on Sunday.
**Please double check your schedule one last time. We haven't made any changes since the last update but we did move some gyms back an hour to start and did some work on the girls brackets.

We appreciate all of you coming to hoop with us in Panama City. Have an awesome tournament and if there's anything we can do, please let us know!

Let's hoop,
Panhandle Panama City

Schedule is updated.
PLEASE CHECK YOUR TIMES! Moved quite a few but very similar or same to what you had. Unless we add another 5th/6th girls this schedule is locked.

5/30/2025 2:36 PM

Couple of notes:

1.) Sorry for the delay. I just spend 20 minutes discussing age verify with a team that delayed this posting. Let us be clear: IF YOU DON'T HAVE NSID or the old fashioned book (birth certifcate AND a school issued online or photo ID of current year) you will lose a challenge. We are in June, for a team to say they don't have the proper documents is a red flag. If a team is caught cheating they will forfeit all their games. Have NSID or the old fashioned book or don't bring the player. We pride ourselves on a level playing field. If you try to cheat with a player playing down, we don't you want hear.

2.) The schedule will have one update when we fill the girls bracket out. I want to thank the Lady Bulldawgs, and Hoops City lady squads for your patience. We do anticipate adding one or two more teams in girls 5th/6th and hoping for one more in 7th girls. When we fill those I will update the schedule.

I will email from here again if and when we make a schedule change. It will be very minor when posted.

3.) NO REQUESTS FOR SUNDAY. I can't predict where you finish in pool play :). We have six courts running so I do anticipate the latest game on Sunday to start no later than 4:30 but most likely earlier. We spend extra on venues so your not here til 9:00 at night on Saturday or Sunday.

Thanks all for running with us. Look forward to seeing returning faces and new teams. Please let us know if we can help out with anything. Rules and code of conduct and general info posted tomorrow along with Sunday bracket times. I just want to get that 5th/6th girls and 7th/8th girls finished by adding a few more teams but schedule is good.

Best,
Chris and Brent

I want to thank the Shockers organization for adding their Lady Shockers 5th/6th team to make that division. Really appreciat you ladies!

With that being said we are working on a small schedule change. We had a varsity girls and an 8th girls drop so need to revise those schedules and divisions. They will mostly stay the same but giving you the heads up. Will email when revision is done.

Thanks all! See ya tomorrow.

Reworking the girls divisions. Had a team drop and got about 7 calls. Please remember the team list is not the schdule and brackets. I"m going to wait until about 6:30 as we finalize the girls side. If girls aren't finalized by then I will post schedule and we will revise girls side if needed.

5/29/2025 5:28 PM

Should have it up in 30 to 40 minutes. Got some last minute schedule requests from new teams and moving things a bit. Will send out an email from here when posted.

Hi all,
Schedule will be out Thursday by 4:00. We are picking up teams from tournaments that didn't make. Thanks for your patience. And just a warning it might change just a bit if we add any more teams after it goes out Thursday. Thanks for running with us and please let us know if we can help with anything this weekend!

All schedule requests MUST go to this email. Please no texts or sending to any other address. We will do our best to accommodate. As many of you know, no requests for Sunday, we can't predict how you will do or where teams will finish pool play. Please remember this is a request, not a guarantee!
If you don't send a schedule request we assume you are good to go on Saturday. First games will start around 8:15 and last games will start around 7:30 PM.

Sold out again and looking forward to seeing all of you this weekend!

Schedule request email: chris@legistixsolutions.com

Any team not paid by Tuesday at 3:00PM will be removed from the active field so we can fill with teams on waiting list.
