Update Schedule will be out by Dec 31st. This is will be for rest of the season until tournament time for each league. We will have game Jan. 4th and Jan. 5th.

We will NOT have games the weekend of Dec. 28 - 29.

Coaches,

We will do our best to get to the request that we are getting. However, as we have asked time and time again for this information beforehand so we all work together.

Remember that each team should get 9 games over the season which is 9 total weeks. With all the schedule request and conflicts most teams will play 1 if not 2 double headers over the season. Games will start as early at 1pm which is 1 hour earlier than what was promoted as games from 2-8pm.

The request to not play a team is not a reason for us to move the schedule.

We do our schedule in 2 parts to give the best competition as we can. We want competitive games and try to provide a diverse schedule.

We will handle ALL the requests coming in as they are scheduled, so Dec 7th & 8th games between now and Friday. Then the following weeks moving forward.

If there are any other conflicts please provide those asap.

We understand there may be things out of your control that come up, we are happy to work with you. However, the number of requests that are coming in for these first 3 weeks that could have been avoided are at an all time high.

Hello Coaches,

The first 3 weeks of the Winter League schedule is now LIVE.

Coaches as a reminder we will work with your conflicts but we need you to COMMUNICATE WITH ELITE. Coaches do NOT have the authority to reschedule or forfeit games.

Forfeit fee will be given to any team that NO SHOWS or CANCELS their scheduled games within 48 hours and Elite can not find a way to keep this game on the schedule. The forfeit fee is $100.

Coaches will be notified of game TIME or DATE changes but not of court or opponent changes.

Thank you for registering for Elite's Winter League.

Registration is still open through Sunday evening.

We will have the 1st 3 weeks (December) schedule out by Wednesday evening. If you have conflicts please communicate those with us so we can try to aviod as many conflicts as possible.

We rest of the winter league schedule will come out over the holiday break as we will play Saturday, January 4th.
