Energy Hoops Classic Teams

Good Day All,

The schedule is out and we are excited to welcome you to the 6th Annual Energy Hoops Classic. Attached you will find the rules and regulations. Please read them diligently. This tournament is a fundraiser to support the growth and development of youth players. Please inform your families that admission is $10 per day and they can pay with cash, card or Venmo at the admission table. Kids 6 and under are free. Each team gets two coaches in and their spouses for free as well. We cover the scorebook and scoreboard for you.

For those who compete in the CBL, there are some slight differences to the rules for the Energy Hoops Classic. Energy Hoop Club DOES NOT run the CBL, which is a common misconception since both events are held in Redmond. Please make sure your parents understand this difference as we often get many questions about why things are different from the lcoal folks.

Each division has a different format and schedule with most playing pool play on Saturday and bracket play on Sunday. A couple divisions are in round robin format and one division is pure bracket play. Each team will play TWO games each day so please look at the schedule closely. Some teams signed up for gold or silver divisions. If we had enough teams to honor those divisions we did so, if not, we combined divisions.

We appreciate in advance your commitment to modeling respect to our officials and for focusing on coaching your players and helping them improve their skill and IQ.

If your team wins the Championship in your division, please report to Redmond High School and get your official Nike team prizes for your team after your game.

Hi All,

If you would like to purchase Energy Hoops Classic apparel, you can do so by preordering this year. There will be no on site printing service. Items will be ready for pick up on Satruday morning and available throughout the weekend at the Elton Gregory Middle School site. Coaches, please share the attached flyer with your parents.
