**Coaches Check-In:**

All coaches must check in at the gym where they will play their first game. Please note that doors to the facility will not open until 7:30 AM on both Saturday and Sunday. Be sure to inform your parents and players of this schedule. Only two coach bands will be issued; if these are removed or lost, no replacements will be provided.

All players must arrive in full uniform (jersey and shorts) or have their complete uniform in hand when entering the gym. Coaches, please ensure your players are in full uniform to avoid denial of entry (no exceptions).

**Zero Tolerance Policy:**
- No fans are permitted to approach the score table or speak to the scorekeepers after the game. Any issues or concerns must be addressed by a team coach, who can then bring them to the attention of the tournament directors. Harassment of individuals working at the score/clock table will result in automatic ejection.

- No spectators are allowed to argue with officials, other spectators, coaches, or players. Upon the first notice, violators will be ejected from the gym and prohibited from attending any other games in this tournament. No refunds will be issued for ejections.

- If a spectator or parent is ejected, their player will be ineligible to play from the time of the parent’s ejection onward. This applies to all remaining games for the entire weekend.

- Rules that are not explicitly listed will adhere to NFHS basketball regulations.

- The Event Director/Event Management reserves the right to have final authority and discretion over all activities and may override any rule for reasons of fairness, safety, time considerations, and fair play. ---

Coaches check-In: 

All coaches must check-in at the gym where they play their first game. Doors to the facilities will not open until 7:30am on Saturday .Only (2) coach’s bands will be given out, if they are taken off or lost no other arm bands will be issued. NO EXCEPTION!!!!

All players must be in full uniform (jersey and shorts) or have the full uniform (jersey and shorts) in their hand when they enter the gym. Coaches, please help us with this by making sure that your players are in full uniform, or they will not be allowed to enter the facility (no exceptions).
