Admission Cost
$30 weekend pass or Friday $15/Saturday $20/Sunday $20. 15 yrs old and younger are free.

Doors will open 20 Minutes prior to the first game of the day.
WRIST BANDS MUST BE WORN TO BE HONORED.

ALL PLAYGROUNDS ARE CLOSED AND NOT TO BE USED
Be respectful of the school property, as they are ALLOWING us to use their facility!

Championship games
We want to promote the positive at our events. One player from each team that places in 1st or 2nd in each division will receive a MVP medal. This player will be selected by the opposing coach. (I.E. 1st place team coach picks 2nds place team's MVP and vice versa). This award can be based on skill or talent but also sportsmanship. This can serve as a reminder for your players that not just you and their parents are watching and the way they play and act on the court is noticed by everyone. The opposing coach will pick the MVP so no coach can be accused of biased or favoritism. I understand games can get heated but after the championship game is over, find the opposing coach and tell him or her which player is their MVP. The hand shake line at the end of the game is a perfect time to do this.

Coach Oath and Conduct
This was on the waiver you signed and in the rules but I am reminding you here also. You set the standard for how your team carries themselves on and off the court. Games can and will get heated...we want strong competitive games!
Be the example for your team and your team parents and fans.

Team Fee can be paid in cash or check at the gate prior to your first game or sent via Venmo to @tristar_sports, code is 8291.

Each team is required to fill out and sign a roster and waiver prior to their first game. These will be at each gate as well as attached in this message. You can turn these in to the gate or print, fill them out and text a picture to 865-304-8291.

The Schedule is live. I tried to give everyone atleast one of their requests but with 55 teams playing over 90 games in 3 gyms in 3 days...there is only so much I can do!! There are NO MORE game times available, so unless you ABSOLUTELY CANNOT make it, I will not be making changes because any change will affect multiple teams...even then I may not be able to make the chance....Please consider this the FINAL SCHEDULE but I will send out 1 more message around lunch tomorrow with the final schedule. I will also send out rules and game day info. Thank you all!!

All Schedule requets need to be submitted by 5pm today, 5/21/25. I cannot guarantee any request but I will do my best.
