Boys Summer Showdown Teams

The brackets for tomorrow are now live. Remember that the Youth division has NO bracket. That division is only pool play. The other divisions (MS, JV, Varsity) all have 2 game minimum bracket play. If you lose your first game, remember there is a consolation game. If you do not want to play in the consolation game, please let me know as soon as possible so we can find a replacement. If your bracket is not updated, keep checking back as once the pool games continue to finish, the standings/brackets will be updated. All games and brackets will be finalized at the conclusion of tonight’s 7pm games (around 8pm). All winners tomorrow receive a trophy and medals.

The schedule for the Boys Summer Showdown is available on our app (AFBE). Courts 1 and 2 are located at Exeter Township Senior High (201 E 37th St, Reading, PA). The gym entrance is located in the back around the left side of the building. Court 3 is located at Reiffton School (4355 Dunham Dr, Reading, PA) which is a short walk/drive from the high school.

Please note that only the Youth division has all of their games scheduled right now (Youth division has no bracket play). All other divisions will see a bracket available Saturday afternoon. Your final two games will come Sunday (starting 9am or later) in bracket style play based on your pool play seeding.

Ticket prices will be the following: $10 for adults and $5 for students and seniors daily. The weekend pass is $25 and $10 respectively. This is CASH only. Remember that each team gets 3 free entries: head coach, assistant coach, and scorekeeper. Each team is required to provide one scorekeeper for either the scorebook or the clock.
