Our next event in Lebanon and Murfreesboror is next weekend May 2-4. We will be closing resgitrations sometime on Monday so we hope you will get onlie and secure your team's spot today.

Our Easter Play Day in McMinnville is closing soon. We would love to have your team join us for the Fri/Sat Play Day. No games played on Easter Sunday.

Cost is $135 and you can register online at www.bballshowcase.com. Hope you will make plans to join us this weekend.

As we wind up pool play on Saturday, please double check your team's pool standings and read the brackets that are posted online at www.bballshowcase.com or smartphone app BB Showcase to make sure of your team's times and locations for Sunday.

Please do NOT asssume your team is NOT playing on Sunday. Please notify us immediately by text to 615-473-1025 if you see your team is listed for a game and you do NOT wish to play. We want to avoid any team driving to a game and not having an opponent to play tomorrow.

Please inform all of your parents, players and coaches that the MAIN gym at Oakland Middle will be closed form 1-3:45 pm today for a school sponsired actvity.

Administartion has asseekd for us to stay completely out of the gym during that time, so please ask all families and coaches to remain outside the main building or in the aux gym during this time.

Lobby to the concession stand and restrooms will remain open in the main building but you will need to exit immediately after visitinng them. Please ask all parents to watch any siblings and monitor taht they do not indevertanly enter the main gym during these times today.

Sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate your flexibility and attention to this request by our host school's administration.

Thanks for coming this weekend. We have 197 teams competing in 9 gyms across two counties. We have scheduled 387 games and have accessed the best available officials in the middle tennessee area.

Remember we appreciate you being with us this weekend. We also appreciate your son/daughter, their coach, our gym directors and our officials. Without any of these people your team would not have this opportunity to play this weekend.

Please cheer your team on and have fun. Cheer for YOUR team and players, do not make comments directed at other teams or their fans/parents in the stands.

DO NOT abuse our officials or gym staff in any way. They are working hard for you. Officials should never be approached for any reason.

Please make sure your team is playing with correct grade level eligible student-athletes. No athletes should be playing DOWN this weekend in any grade division.

The schedule for your registered team in the Phi Slamma Jamma is now final. We did make a few changes to the schedule today as late as 3 pm, due to a few teams dropping out.

Double check your game times and locations to make sure no changes affected your team.

Everyone should double check their team's schedule to make sure of their team's schedule and exact times and locations. The posted schedule will be the schedule of record for the weekend.

You can view the schedule on our website at www.bballshowcase.com or download the smartphone app BB Showcase.

The home team is listed first/top and will wear white, as well as provide the official scorekeeper.

Admission gate is cash only and is a daily pass that will get all of your parents in all gyms all day. Gyms will NOT open unitl 30 minutes before the first game.

The tentative schedule for your registered team is now posted at www.bballshowcase.com and on the smartphone app BB Showcase. We attempted to accomodate everyone's requests, but your EXACT request may not have been met.

We have over 197 teams this weekend, so any new changes or requests will be hard to accomodate.

If your entry fees have not been sent in, please do so today bc we have a waiting list. Team Entry Fees $180 can be sent in by:

The schedule will not be final until tomorrow. Please download the smartphone app BB Showcase to stay up to date with your teams locations and game times throughout the week.

Reminder the team listed first/top in the home team and should wear light/white colored uniforms. The home team will provide the official scorekeeper for their game.

Games will be 20 minute runing clock halves with clock stopping last minute of each half. Teams will get 2 timeouts each half & will NOT carry over. We are playing with college free throw rules and will shoot 1/1 on the 7th team foul of each half.

Please let your parents know that it will be a cash gate and daily fees will get them into ALL gyms for the ENTIRE day. Gyms will NOT be open until 30 minutes before first scheduled game.

We are finalizing all teams and pools this morning for your registered team in the Phi Slamma Jamma this weekend.

We will begin scheduling today. Any scheduling requests that have not been made at time of registration need to be received by 1 pm today so that we can get a schedule posted tonight.

We will have gyms open in Lebanon, Smyrna and Murfreesboro for this weekend.
