What is a "Shoot-Out"? We take a weekend-long tournament... & condense it into ONE day! This style of play moves F-A-S-T and so do the spots available ~ a great, intense way to get some games in at the beautiful Case Western Reserve University as you begin to wrap up your 2025 Spring Season.

General Information

We have been hosting the "Memorial Shootouts" for decades now & they continually draw in over 200+ teams for this unique 1-DAY Style of Play! Your 4th-12th grade GIRLS teams can play in 4 (or more) shootout-style games on SATURDAY ONLY at Case Western Reserve Univ. (and surrounding sites) in downtown Cleveland for only $160 per team!

Teams in the past have entered from OH, PA, NY, MI, NC, WV and Canada! DON'T MISS OUT - GET TO PLAY A LOT OF BASKETBALL and still enjoy the Holiday wknd. *Games will have special guidelines, so be sure to check out our website for format of play.  

At Varsity AC tournaments, we provide TWO (2) scorekeepers for every game, relieving your team of that responsibility. Additionally, all games will have TWO (2) licensed referees and an experienced On-Site Director present at all times. With over 35 years of experience in Sports Event Management both locally and nationwide, you can expect a professional tournament experience when you choose The Varsity Athletic Club!
