Top Tier Events is looking forward to hosting you and your program at Happy Valley Hoopfest in State College, PA this weekend! Please read this email in its entirety and forward to your coaches and parents so everyone has all the necessary information for the event.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding your schedule, please email me at csunseri@riverfrontsports.com. Please do not reach out to Kevin Clark via text or email as he is not handling the scheduling for this weekend. All communications you send to him, he just forwards to me.

I have done my best to accommodate as many schedule requests as possible. Please understand with over 50 teams and championship/bracket play this weekend, everyone must get their two games in on Saturday, so there is limited flexibility with the schedule.

Rules and Regulations:

Please familiarize yourself with the game rules this event will utilize. Teams must bring their own basketballs for warm ups. Top Tier Events will provide a game ball that will remain at the scorer’s table at halftime and the conclusion of each game.

You can find a copy of the tournament rules attached to this email and it is also accessible in the Top Tier Events app.
