As we head into the tournament this weekend we want to remind everyone of a few things.

Host schools please have scoresheets printed out at scorer's table along with a set of rules.

To keep games moving you will have 5 minutes in between games to get warmed up and halftime will be 3 minutes long.

Timeouts will be 30 seconds long.

There are a lot of games and we have to keep as close to the schedule as possible for everyone involved.

And remember...Please bring your own basketballs!

Host schools..if you are cancelling due to weather tomorrow...you need to let Shane know no later than 10:30 AM!

Please remember tiebreakers are as follows:

1. Head to head (only applies if ALL teams tied have played each other!)
2. Total points allowed
3. Total point differential (max 15 points per game)
4. Coin flip

These are the tiebreakers used to break ties after the games on Sunday are completed for seeding.

As we head into the final weekend...please note that this is how the various tournaments will be bracketed (in lieu of teams dropping out or combining):

6th grade girls: 8 team gold bracket
6th grade girls: 8 team silver bracket

6th grade boys: 12 team gold bracket
6th grade boys: 11 team silver bracket

5th grade boys: 13 team gold bracket
5th grade boys: 12 team silver bracket

4th grade girls: 9 team gold bracket

Northmore HS is unable to host on 2/16...we had to make somechanges to the schedule. These changes also changed times for teams at other locations, etc. We recommend ALL teams check out their schedules for 2/16 to check for any updates!

All games at Wynford are cancelled today! They are off schedule on app for updates.

Coaches...please let us know no later than this Sunday, February 9th if your team is not participating in our league tournament. We also need to know if you are combining teams to make one team for the league tournament as well. The message should be sent via email. Thanks!

Check schedule for any updates on 2/9 and 2/16. We had to make some changes on the schedule including moving games on 2/9 from Carey to Wynford. We also had to adjust some times and locations, etc. Please check your team's schedule on the app for updates!

If you are to play at Mohawk High School or Mohawk MCI this weekend...check the locations of your games as they have been updated! All times remain the same. But the boys will play at Mohawk MCI and the girls will play in middle school gym!

If you are to play at Fredericktown this weekend...check app schedule for a couple updates! Slight changes only effect the early part of day for boys and late part of day for girls.

Carey is unable to host on 2/2. Therefore..we have had to make updates to the 2/2 schedule at multiple locations on 2/2. Please check your schedule to see if you have updates to your schedule on 2/2. Buckeye Central will start at 12:30 that day!

We have lost gym time on February 2nd. We are in need of host schools for this day. If you are interested in hosting game on February 2nd..please let us know!

We have made schedule updates in many places to avoid teams playing 3 or 4 times throughout the course of the season. All teams..need to check their schedule for any updates on the app/website. The 3rd grade girls division does feature some matchups playing more than 2 times as this is a smaller division. We are working currently to get the schedule up for the last week of the regular season. Thanks and again check your schedules!

Hello Everyone!

To clarify a question that arose this weekend. The rules on the app are correct.

Pressing is allowed in the 2nd half only, of all 6th grade games...unless up by 15 or more points.

We had some confusion from an incorrect version of the rules that had been sent out. Sorry for the mixup!

Also HOST SCHOOLS..please print out scoresheets and have them for all your games. This helps keep things organized and makes for a more streamlined reporting of the scores to the app.

We are working on the last few weeks of the schedule ot eliminate games of repeat opponents. Just know that even with the number of teams in MOBL, it is virtually impossible to prevent that based off of gym availbility and travel.

Host schools- the scoresheets will have to be downloaded from the app/website to be printed...there are 2 seperate documents to download as we can only include 100 games per document. They have been updated and can now be found on app/website under "documents".

As we get ready to begin the MOBL season tomorrow we want to give a quick reminder of expectations for host schools.

By the end of the day on Friday...the scoresheets will be available on the app/website under the "documents" section. We will also send out an app message via Exposure that includes the scoresheets. The scoresheets for tomorrow are attached. Host schools can go find the specific scoresheets that are for the host site and print them out. They are to be at the coresponding scorer's table for games.

Host schools are responsible for entering the final scores for each game as well. To do this...you need to be on the app and click on "menu" and then click on "login". You will use the username MOBLSCORES and the password MOBL2025. You then just have to find the correct games and enter the scores and save.

Please make sure to have a copy of the league rules available at each scorer's table. This is for our refs to refer to during the game if questions arise.

Admission is:
Adults- $5
Students- $2

Referees receive $40 a game apiece for each game. The admissions should easily cover this.

I also advise every host site to have their doors open and be ready no earlier, but atleast 30 minutes before the first game is scheduled to start.
