SWOB - Spring League Schedule

Hi coaches, if you are playing in the post-season tournament and have not yet confirmed you have received your schedule, please do so as soon as possible by emailing jdeaton.athletics@gmail.com and tom_sunderman@yahoo.com with your team’s name and division

The schedule for the spring league tourney is now posted. We want to remind everyone that is not seeded with exactness as we took into factor multiple things. Not having teams from same organization playing each other until semis, schedule requests that were sent in, overall results and so on.

Please look over the schedule and if there are any scheduling issues let us know by 4:00 pm Thursday, May 29th (Tomorrow). We will look at these and see if there is a possible change we can make.

You will be responsible for the referee fees at the start of each game. There will be individual awards for winning team's kids (no team award). There will be a limit on how many awards for each team based on rosters.

Hi coaches. As we are schduling the post-season tournament, there will be some games that show up on your schedule although we have not posted brackets. There is not a way for us to keep the games from showing up on schedules. Please do not follow what is being posted right now, games will continue to be moved around for the tournament until an email is sent out later on stating that brackets are final

We have some teams that have been dropped from the league and need replaced for tonight's games. If anyone wants these games text Tom Sunderman at 513-235-9007.

Hi coaches. We are still working on the post-season brackets and they will be posted by tomorrow evening, May 28th.

Hi coaches. We have only had about 50 teams confirm whether or not they will be participating in our post season tournament taking place May 30th-June 5th. There is no extra cost associated with the post-season tournament besides covering the ref fee for each game. If you have not yet let us know if your team will be playing or not, then please email jdeaton.athletics@gmail.com with your team name and division and whether or not your team will be participating by Friday, May 23rd at 10:00 AM

We sent an email out regarding the league post season tourney earlier this week. The tourney will be held May 30 - June 5. If you have any schedule conflicts please send them to us by noon on Friday.

The tourney will be one and out tourney. Coaches are responsible for paying one ref at the start of each game. Forfeits will result in forfeiture of deposit and a fine before any future leagues, so if you are not going to play give us proper notice.

Schedules will be somewhat seeded by all scores turned in by Sunday at midnight. WE MUST GET CONFIRMATION BACK FROM ALL TEAMS WHETHER THEY ARE PLAYING OR NOT. Only about 12-14 teams have responded from the last email. Please email your intent and any scheduling conflicts to tom_sunderman@yahoo.com and jdeaton.athletics@gmail.com.

The spring league tourney will be held May 30 - June 5. Games will be played at Landmark, Friars and Sports of All Sorts.

It is a one and out tourney which coaches are responsible for the ref fees. The tourney brackets will come out around Tuesday, May 27th. They will be SOMEWHAT seeded based on scores reported as of May 22nd. If you have scores not turned in and you won or lost email them to jdeaton.athletics@gmail.com and tom_sunderman@yahoo.com and we will get them entered.

WE NEED TO KNOW WHO IS IN AND WHO IS OUT FOR TOURNEY BY MAY 23RD AT NOON. IF YOU HAVE ANY SCHEDULING CONFLICTS ALSO SEND THEM TO US ASAP.

Hi coaches. We have only had about 1/3 of the teams confirm their updated schedule that was finalized yesterday, Monday, March 24th at 11:15 PM. If you have not yet done so, please confirm you have recieved your final updated schedule by emailing jdeaton.athletics@gmail.com. There have been many changes since the tentative schedule confirmations last week and we want to ensure all teams have received any changes to prevent any no-shows going forward

Coaches, please confirm your full schedule by emailing jdeaton.athletics@gmail.com with your team name and divison. The schedule is now final and we will be handling any conflicts that arise with those individual teams. This is still a very rough schedule and changes will still need to be made based on any conflicts, and additional teams added. Not all teams are scheduled, or have a complete 10-game schedule. If there is a conflict, please email it to both tom_sunderman@yahoo.com and jdeaton.athletics@gmail.com before Midnight Friday Night (March 21st). Please keep in mind we have taken into account all conflicts we have recieved. All teams will need to play a game or two on days they had not selected in order to keep teams from playing each other 3 or more times. If you are scheduled to play this coming Sunday March 23rd, please confirm you have received your scheduled game(s) by emailing jdeaton.athletics@gmail.com with your team name, division, and game time. We will be making changes to the rest of the schedule on Sundayin order to add the remaining games and help alleviate any conflicts that arise.

Hi parents, Tom had been called out of town last minute and did not get a chance to send the Kings Info out yet. There will not be any practices this weekend. An email will be sent out either tomorrow evening or Sunday Morning about upcoming practices and teams schedules

We have only received confirmation from about 1/3 of the teams scheduled to play the first week. We want to try and combat no-shows as much as possible the first week. If your team is not scheduled, or is already on the schedule and wants another game, please let us know and we may be able to fit them into the schedule
