Kings Player Sign-Up Venues

Tonight is the final session of the Spring Drills N Skills Program. If you received your T-Shirt last week, please wear it tonight. If you were not here last week or did not receive your T-Shirt, please try to come a little early and we will get the shirt size on their registration. We look forward to seeing everyone tonight!

Tonight we will be handing out their drills n skills t-shirts. We ask them to wear them next Monday if you will be here. Try to come a little early as the lines may get a little backed up. Tonight's theme is to wear something form your local high school or community team.
Next week we will have their camp t-shirts to give out so they can wear them the last Monday.

Tonight' theme color is wear the color of the team you are rooting for in tonight's National Championship game. Weare Blue and/or orang for Florida and Red and / or Black for Houston.

Next week will be "Jersey night"

I forgot to send a them out for tonight. Tonight was supposed to be to wear RED or your Red's gear for the start of baseball. If you get a chance throw on some Reds gear or some red.

Next week will be related to the national championship game. You will weear the color of the team yolu are rooting for.

In celebration of March Madness our theme for tonight will be college basketball. The kids can wear a shirt (and/or shorts) of their favorite college team tonight. See everyone at Landmark!

I want to try something different this session to see if we cn get a little more excitement out of the kids while they are there. We are going to do a them each week.

This week in celebration of St Pattys Day we are asking the kids to wear green tonight. Bring the spirit of St Pattys Day with them tonight along with a ball with their name on it.

I am still working on finalizing rosters. I am working with coaches too to finalize practice times moving forward.

As of now 7 - 9th grade will practice Tuesdays 7:30 - 9;00 at Bethany School. Aaron Brown will be coaching this group and it will be split into 2 teams, a 7/8 team and a 8/9 team..

I tentatively have 4 - 6 grade practicing Wednesday 6:00 - 7:30 at Bethany. This may get changed to Thursdays at Landmark, but I will know tomorrow after talking to coaches. This will be 2 teams also, a 4/5 team and a 5/6 team.

If you are receiving this email its because you registered your child for our Kings program which includes the spring drills n skills program that starts Monday March 17th.

The program is held at Landmark Basketball Complex (1600 Glendale Milford Rd in Evendale). It runs for the next 8 Mondays; you can pay $15 per week as you go or do the whole 8 weeks for $85. Most of you have paid but the ones who haven't have those options.

Have your son or daughter bring a ball with their name on it each week. The times are the following:
6:00 - 7:00 4th grade & down
7:00 - 8:00 5th & 6th grade
8:00 - 9:00 7th grade & up
Please be there 15 minutes early the first week to check in or to take care of payment. If you know someone else that still wants to participate they still can.

Hi parents, Tom had been called out of town last minute and did not get a chance to send the Kings Info out yet. There will not be any practices this weekend. An email will be sent out either tomorrow evening or Sunday Morning about upcoming practices and teams schedules

We will have a workout Wednesday at Landmark. I would like to have all boys at Landmark at 7:15 in the lobby to get pennies. We will work out from 7:30 - 8:30 on court 2. I want to see what level of talent we will have for each age group. I will have them wear pennies so I can know what grade they are in and to have them do drills only with players similar in age. There were not enough girls signed up to put together a team for any age group.

Monday will start the drills n skills program for all. The times are the following:
6:00 - 7:00 4th grade & down
7:00 - 8:00 5th & 6th grade
8:00 - 9:00 7th grade and up.

I am working on finalizing rosters and practice times. I will have schedule times and locations tomorrow night (for starting next week). We will also possibly have a workout this Saturday or Sunday at Landmark with Air Kev, and an additional practice the following weekand at Landmark. I will have all this put together tomorrow night. Games will start the week of April 1 for all teams.

Finally, some of the coaches who have coached teams for me in the past notified me Saturday and this morning they cannot coach this spring. I am looking for a coach in possibly two age groups. If anyone is interested in coaching one of the teams or helping coach please let me know. I will handle all admin work, scheduling, uniforms, and any other items.
