Coaches,

As you can imagine, I didn't find the time today to sit and return Venmo deposits. That was my intention and I apologize that didn't happen. I assure you I will sit down tomorrow, Tuesday at the latest, and reimburse those that sent in a deposit and upheld their end of the bargain.

If you have games at William Blount this afternoon and evening you MUST enter at the front of the building (not the entrance near the Freshman Academy) and park to the right of the building, not around back as normal. There will be parking lot attendants assisting with parking.

Freshman academy teams enter the front lot of WBFA only.

Again, each team is allowed 2 coaches passes. If you have 3 coaches one has to buy a pass for the day/weekend. If you coach multiple teams, you only get one pass. Please do not try to "beat the system" with extra passes, remember the entry fee was $0.

Appreciate all of you supporting the event and we hope you have a great experience over the weekend. Myself, my travel ball parents and my players will do all in our power to make the weekend great for all the kids.

The schedule is posted on the Exposure App. Please check it each morning to make sure nothing has changed. If changes are made from this point I will reach out to teams individually and make sure everyone is on the same page.

We had to make several venue changes today so please CHECK YOUR SCHEDULE and don't just assume it's the same as it was a couple days ago.

We are making some minor changes to the schedule today. These will mainly be venue changes as we have some obligations to our host facilities that we have to meet. These changes will all be made and finalized by this evening and if YOUR TEAM IS effected you will receive an additional notice. Thank you for your understanding on this matter.

ALWAYS BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR SCHEDULE THE FIRST THING EVERY MORNING AT ALL TOURNAMENTS YOU GO TO, sometimes changes occur and they are unavoidable by the Directors.

Gyms will be accessible 30-45 minutes prior to start of first game of the day.

The tournament is on the Exposure App. If you search St. Patrick's Shootout it will come up. An easier way is to search Maryville and the tournament will come up. If you are still unable to find it, I posted on Knoxville Travel Basketball Facebook group today and the Knoxville AAU Facebook page with a link to the schedule.

The schedule is posted and final. If a team pull out at this time we will do our best to find a replacement or those games will just be a forfeit. In the event of a forfeit we will attempt to find a team to play a "scrimmage" game so the opponent gets their games. If that doesn't happen we have no other options.

Coaches Passes - Each team has 2 coaches passes and those coaches MUST be on the bench. If a coach coaches more than one team we ask that the coach ONLY get 1 band. This is a fundraiser and entry was FREE, please don't try to "get us" for an extra pass. Please just be honest when it comes to the coaches passes.

Saturday Parking - please relay to your parents that Saturday afternoon/evening games at WB1 and WB2 will be affected by another (outside) event they have going on. Parking attendents will direct you where to park, PLEASE be courteus to those workers, we are fortunate to have WBHS as a host and we want to be good customers across the board. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.

Finally, SPORTSMANSHIP. My gym directors and referees have been instructed to maintain a respectful/competitive environment. It won't take much for a coach, player or spectator to be ejected. If a fan is ejected they are ejected for the ENTIRE TOURNAMENT.

Unfortunately we have had teams drop out and we have some teams that we need to move to other divisions to maintain competitive integrity. These changes won't affect everyone but it will make changes to several teams that are in the affected divisions. We will post the schedule later this afternoon and if there is anything that needs to be changed you will need to NOTIFY ME TONIGHT. After tonight the schedule will be official.

I apologize for this inconvenience but it is out of our control.

The Schedule is LIVE!!! This is unofficial for 48 hours while we finalize everything and make sure we honored requests, etc.
