Important Notice: Code of Conduct at The Hoop Project

There will be a zero-tolerance policy regarding behavior and language at The Hoop Project. Both The Root and The Hoop Project are committed to providing a safe, family-friendly environment for children and families.

Any use of foul language or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate ejection.

Players or spectators who are ejected for any reason will not be permitted to return or continue participating in the tournament.

Coaches and captains: Please ensure this message is clearly communicated to all team members and supporters.

Thank you for helping us maintain a respectful and positive atmosphere.

Thank you all for signing up to play in this weekend’s Hoop Project. We are excited to host your team and look forward to a great event. Please pass along the following information to your teams and families. This weekend, no outside chairs, coolers, or animals will be permitted inside the facility. There will be an admission fee for spectators this weekend. Spectators ages 6-12 will be charged $5 and spectators 12+ will be charged a $7 gate fee. The schedule and any tournament updates will be published on The Root Sports app and can also be found at rootgallia.com. To download the app, visit rootgallia.com and click on the youth or adult sports tab. From there, you will find a direct link to download the app from the App Store or Google Play. All team rosters must be finalized prior to your first game on Saturday. If you need to make any changes to your roster, please email management@rootgallia.com and include your team name and division. Jerseys are not required, but all team members must wear the same color shirt. We look forward to a great weekend of basketball.

A tentative schedule has been posted on The Root Sports app and at www.rootgallia.com. Please keep in mind that this schedule will likely change numerous times between now and this weekend.
