TRIBE Athletics SPORTS brings you "THE LARGEST INDIGENOUS BASKETBALL TOURNAMENTS IN THE WORLD". We are headed to Honolulu, Hawaii to host the 808 INDGNS Hui Classic May 8th-10th 2026 inside the Hawaii Convention Center "All Under One Roof". This is a 4 Game Guarantee or more National Tournament. We will witness the best of the best all indigenous basketball talent indefinitely. Only Native American, Polynesian/Pacific Islander, Native Hawaiian, Latino/Latin American, And Filipino/Asian are eligible to participate at this event. 3 days of high level competition beginning with Pool Play Schedule going straight into Single Elimination Diamond Bracket Play. All teams registering will not receive accommodations for game times so please plan accordingly for your travel arrangements. We look forward to seeing everyone in the spring of 2026 and Good Luck! PLAYERS ARE ALLOWED TO PLAY ON ONE TEAM IN THEIR OWN GRADE DIVISION AND ON ANOTHER TEAM IN A HIGHER GRADE DIVISION. PLAYERS JUST CANNOT PLAY ON TWO TEAMS IN THE SAME GRADE DIVISION OR IN A LOWER GRADE DIVISION. PLAYERS MUST PLAY IN THEIR OWN SAME GENDER AND CANNOT CROSS OVER TO ANOTHER GENDER. (EXAMPLE: GIRLS CANNOT PLAY ON A BOYS TEAM NO MATTER WHAT DIVISION!) THIS TOURNAMENT GOES BY GRADE ONLY FOR THE 2025-2026 FISCAL SCHOOL YEAR AND NOT BY AGE. PROOF OF GRADE FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS WILL BE VERIFIED AT TEAM CHECK-IN!

A MANDATORY TEAM CHECK-IN WILL TAKE PLACE ON THURSDAY MAY 7th 2026 AT 10:00pm-9:00pm (HST) INSIDE THE MAIN LOBBY IN THE HAWAII CONVENTION CENTER. ALL TEAMS WHO REGISTER MUST BE ABLE TO PLAY AT ANY SCHEDULED TIME ON FRIDAY May 8th 2026 DUE TO THE EVENT NEEDING TO STAY ON SCHEDULE. GRADE DIVISIONS FOR HIGH SCHOOL, MIDDLE SCHOOL, AND YOUTH PLAYERS PARTICIPATING ARE BASED ON THE 2025-2026 SCHOOL YEAR.
