Hi coaches and parents. Due to renting another facility for our post-season tournament, we have had to increase our gate admission for this weekend to $5 for adults. Children 11-17 are still $2, and 10 and under are still free

Hi coaches, if you are playing in the post-season tournament and have not yet confirmed you have received your schedule, please do so as soon as possible by emailing jdeaton.athletics@gmail.com and tom_sunderman@yahoo.com with your team’s name and division

The schedule for the summer league tourney is now posted. We want to remind everyone that is not seeded with exactness as we took into factor multiple things. Not having teams from same organization playing each other until semis, schedule requests that were sent in, overall results and so on.

Please look over the schedule and if there are any scheduling issues let us know by 4:00 pm Wednesday, July 30th (Tomorrow). We will look at these and see if there is a possible change we can make. You will be responsible for the referee fees at the start of each game.

Hi coaches. As we are schduling the post-season tournament, there will be some games that show up on your schedule although we have not posted brackets. There is not a way for us to keep the games from showing up on schedules. Please do not follow what is being posted right now, games will continue to be moved around for the tournament until an email is sent out later on stating that brackets are final

Hi coaches. We have only had about half of the teams confirm whether or not they will be participating in our post season tournament taking place August 1st-3rd. There is no extra cost associated with the post-season tournament besides covering the ref fee for each game. If you have not yet let us know if your team will be playing or not, then please email jdeaton.athletics@gmail.com with your team name and division and whether or not your team will be participating by Friday, July 25th at 12:00 PM

The summer league tourney will be held next weekend, August 1 - 3. Games will be played at Courts 4 Sports.

It is a one and out tourney which coaches are responsible for the ref fees. The tourney brackets will come out around Tuesday, July 29th. They will be SOMEWHAT seeded based on scores reported as of July 28th. If you have scores not turned in and you won or lost email them to jdeaton.athletics@gmail.com and tom_sunderman@yahoo.com and we will get them entered.

Hi coaches. We have only had about 1/4 of the teams confirm their updated schedule that was finalized last night, June 13th at 12:30 AM. If you have not yet done so, please confirm you have recieved your final updated schedule by emailing jdeaton.athletics@gmail.com. There have been many changes since the tentative schedule confirmations last week and we want to ensure all teams have received any changes to prevent any no-shows going forward. Even if you had confirmed the tentative schedule last week and none of your games had changed, please confirm again

Coaches, please confirm your full schedule by emailing jdeaton.athletics@gmail.com with your team name and divison. The schedule is now final and we will be handling any conflicts that arise with those individual teams. To report scores, please visit: https://www.swohiosports.com/leagues and scroll to the bottom of the page to report your score, please do so the day of your game. Only the winning team will need to report the score and all reported scores will be posted throughout the following week. A conflict policy will be released in the coming days.

Hi coaches. We are been working on schedule updates for the past 24 hours and they will be finalized by tonight. An email will be sent out notifying all teams once schedules are finalized

This is still a very rough schedule and changes will still need to be made based on any conflicts, and additional teams added. Not all teams are scheduled, or have a complete 10-game schedule. If there is a conflict, please email it to both tom_sunderman@yahoo.com and jdeaton.athletics@gmail.com before noon on Friday (June 6th). Please keep in mind we have taken into account all conflicts we have recieved. All teams will need to play a game or two on days they had not selected in order to keep teams from playing each other 3 or more times. In the girl's divisions teams may need to play each other 3 times to avoid having too many unbalanced games. We are currently working to pick up a few more girls teams to avoid this, but do not have the teams at this point. If you are scheduled to play this coming Sunday June 8th, or Tuesday, June 10th, please confirm you have received your scheduled game(s) by emailing jdeaton.athletics@gmail.com with your team name, division, and game time. We will be making changes to the rest of the schedule next week in order to add the remaining games and help alleviate any conflicts that arise.

Hi coaches and parents. The first version of the Summer League schedule is complete. We are still reviewing them and they will be posted tomorrow afternoon, June 5th.
