This is our last check-in before we begin play for the SAAU State Championship tomorrow. We have sent reminder emails all week about key topics, but 3 KEY reminders remain:

1. At the SITE of your 1st Pool game on Saturday, Coaches listed on your online rosters will receive a separate daily coaches’ band (which must be used daily ).

2. Please check schedules again today & print an updated hard copy schedule (and also review gym directions listed online) so you & your parents know where/when you play.

3. Awards will be presented after championship games on Sunday & team pics will be taken to be posted on our website with all results.

Please check with the gym director (Court 1&2 Karr: Taurus Howard, Court 5 McMain: Trey Sanders, Court 3&4 McDonogh 35: Trey Sanders) if you have questions about game schedules.

Please advise your parents and spectators that the daily admission price is $18.00 per day. Wristbands will be utilized, and all persons not listed on the official team rosters must pay to enter games. Payment will be accepted online as well as in cash.

As you may have noticed, the schedule was posted earlier today. Please be aware that the venue for Court 5 has changed to McMain High School, still located in New Orleans, LA, but at a different address.
Coaches, please remember to upload all player rosters to the website promptly so we can print the scoresheets. Additionally, we kindly ask that those persons in charge of paying any remaining event fees finalize all payments by the close of business on Thursday.
