We are officially 1 week away from Eric’s March Madness Memorial, and we’re looking forward to an incredible weekend of basketball. As we get closer, please review these final reminders:

💰 Final Payment Status
If your team still has an outstanding balance, it must be submitted immediately to avoid schedule conflicts. If you need an invoice (4% processing fee) or prefer Zelle (no fee), please reach out today so we can assist.

📝 NSID Verification – Required for Participation
All players must be NSID verified before the event. If you have not completed this process, please do so as soon as possible to ensure eligibility.

📋 Exposure Basketball Rosters – Due March 27 at 9:00 PM
All players must be entered with first name, last name, and jersey number by the deadline. This will be used for official game records.

🎟 Spectator Tickets – On Sale March 23
Please share with your families that tickets will be available starting Monday.

If your team has not yet submitted payment, please do so today. If you need an invoice (4% processing fee) or would prefer to pay via Zelle (no fee), please let us know today so we can update your account.

📝 NSID Verification Required
All players must be NSID verified. If you have not yet started the process of adding your team to the tournament in National Sports ID, please begin as soon as possible. This ensures all players meet our age-based eligibility requirements.

📋 Exposure Basketball Rosters
Please make sure all players are entered into Exposure Basketball with their first name, last name, and jersey number by March 27 at 9:00 PM.

🎟 Spectator Tickets
Tickets for spectators will go on sale Monday, March 23.
