Attention Coaches,

As we prepare for Championship Saturday, I’d like to send a few important reminders:

Awards: Only players who are present and listed on the official roster sheet at the table will receive awards.

Prizes:

First-place teams will receive rings.
Second place teams will receive medals.

Respect during awards: Please do not approach the table during award distribution. Our staff will handle all awards.

Sportsmanship: Coaches, please remember — it’s about the kids, not us. Let’s be examples of good sportsmanship for our players.
Respect for officials: The referee’s decision is final. There will be no back-and-forth discussions. Any unsportsmanlike conduct may result in removal from the building without re-entry.

Let’s make sure we all conduct ourselves in a respectful and positive manner. Thank you for your cooperation and for helping make Championship Saturday a great experience for our players!

Hey Coaches,

Just a quick update about this upcoming week:
Due to unforeseen circumstances, we will not be using the Legacy Practice Gym this week. Please double-check the address and location of your games. We will only be using the Legacy Main Gym — that’s the one with a single court.

We’ve also secured another location with two courts, so please review your game schedule carefully to make sure you have the correct location, date, and time for your games.

Also, please note that some teams will not be participating in Championship Weekend. Because of that, the standings have been adjusted to reflect the correct team rankings. Be sure to follow the official bracket schedule posted online for the most accurate information.

Remember, this is Championship Weekend! Make sure your teams arrive on time and ready to play.

Happy Saturday morning!I just want to send a quick reminder regarding scheduling. The season is already set, so I won’t be able to honor any new schedule requests at this point. If you shared your request before the season started, you’re all set. I really appreciate your understanding as we work to keep everything on track for a smooth season.

This is a quick reminder that all rosters must be submitted by this Saturday in order to continue in the Fall League.

You are welcome to email your roster directly to me at fran@amateursportsclub.com if that’s easier. Either way, we need to have your completed roster by the deadline.

Please make sure to submit your roster or bring a hard copy with you tomorrow for the Fall League.

⚠️ Reminder: All rosters will be locked after Week 2. No additional players may be added after that point.

🏀 Coaches and Spectators Information

Coaches Check-In

All coaches must check in at the gym where their first game is scheduled. If you attempt to check in at another facility, you will not receive a band.
No band = no entry.
Facility doors open at 7:45 AM on Saturday. Please share this with your parents and players.
Each team will receive two coach bands only. If a band is lost or removed, no replacements will be issued.
Players must either wear their full uniform (jersey + shorts) or have it in hand when entering the gym.
No uniform = no entry. Coaches, please make sure your players are prepared.

🎟️ General Admission

CASH ONLY – NO electronic payments

$20 – Saturday
8 & under – FREE

🚨 Zero Tolerance Policy & Spectator Guidelines

Score Table: Fans may not approach or speak to the scorekeepers. All concerns must be communicated by a coach to the tournament directors. Harassment of scorekeepers = automatic ejection.
Spectator Conduct: No arguing with officials, other spectators, coaches, or players. Violators will be ejected immediately and banned for the remainder of the tournament. No refunds.
Spectator Bands: If you lose or remove your band, you will be required to pay again for entry.
No band = no entry.
Parent/Spectator Ejection: If a parent/spectator is ejected, their child becomes ineligible to play for the rest of the weekend.
Final Authority: The Event Director/Event Management has the final say on all rules and decisions. They may override policies to ensure fairness, safety, and time management.
