Make it Rain 9 - Girls Basketball Exposure Tournament Alpha Elite Lady Lions

edited.... Coaches and Fans: The 9th Make it Rain Girls Basketball tournament has sold out!! We are taking "Wait List" teams at this time. The team list for PAID teams is released on the exposure app. Please read below for details.... Make sure you FOLLOW your team to get updates! IF you are not on the list, (this applies to 14 teams) it is because you either haven't registered or haven't paid. All unpaid teams are on the wait list as of today. The first 12 teams that pay will be admitted to the tournament until I get to 52 teams which is our final and maximum capacity. I added a late game slot on Saturday night to allow 4 more teams but that is all I can do. I am not going offsite for any games and noone wants to play Friday night. I apologize if this policy causes you any heartburn, but this is the rule for this tournament. I have sent multiple reminders to unpaid teams by text and email.

OTHER REMINDERS:
1. Make sure your team has Joined the Tournament on National Sports ID, you can edit your rosters up until Friday, April 17th. National Sports ID Link: http://app.nationalsportsid.com/tournament/121394/make-it-rain-9---april-18-19,2026---uwf,-pensacola-fl

2. IF you are not an NSID registered team, all players and coaches will need to check in together 1 hour prior to your first game. Each player should have their current school report card from this year and their birth certificate ready at check in. NO unverified players are allowed in this tournament.

3. I will honor schedule requests to the best of my ability and will publish a DRAFT schedule on Sunday, April 12th - this will be sent to the coaches for a 1 day review. Coaches must get back to me by Monday end of day with any requests for changes. NO REFUNDS will be given once the schedule is released, so if you need to cancel, you must do that by Saturday, April 11th to be eligible for a refund.

4. The FINAL SCHEDULE will be released on EXPOSURE on Tuesday, April 14th.

6. Please be ON TIME! Allow for traffic and unexpected delays. We start all games ON TIME. If a team is late, 1 point will be added to the score of the team that is present up to 15 points where it will be a Forfeit. This prevents penalizing later games trying to make up for a late team.

7. GATE FEES are $40 for weekend passes and $25 for a day pass. 12 year olds and under are free. You can pay for your gate pass with cash, cashapp, venmo or by credit card.

8. We have contacted BALLER TV and plan to have all games streamed!

9. There will be a Sports Trainer at this tournament. They are NOT considered Emergency Medical response personnel, their role is to evaluate injuries, wrap, tape and ice, and help your player recover before and in between games. If a true medical emergency happens, UWF Police will assist with contacting an ambulance service.

Make it Rain 9 will sell out tomorrow! If you have not paid your invoice, please pay it by tomorrow end of day! I am closing registration tomorrow because I only have room for 48 teams.

Checking in by entering your team on National Sports ID will speed up your team’s entry. If checking in by roster, report card and birth certificate, you will need to check in with ALL COACHES AND PLAYERS at least 1 HOUR PRIOR to your first game. All players who will play in ANY GAME must have their report card for this current school year and their birth certificate.
We check every player and we do this for every team that is not fully certified on National Sports ID.
