Please make sure you have double checked your scheudles.
Please make sure your parents know to come to hall 1 and that they don't accidently buy a volleyball ticket at the wrong door. There will be no refunds for not paying attention.
Please check your teams in a full hour prior to their first game. The staff will not be able to help you being late and rushing to get to your court last minute.
Coaches check in starts at 6:30am Saturday.

Aloha coaches. The scheule has been posted. The final scheudle will go up tomorrow evening. It is your job to double check it tomrrow after 6pm for any revisions. The event is sold out and at max capacity. I hope by now teams know and have learned that double rostering is not a good idea and accomidations will not be made for that. Programs are expected to have a coach for each team and able to deal with team conflicts throught the schedule.
Coaches Check in will start friday at 5:30pm and go until 8pm at the Convetnion Center. It will continue saturday morning starting at 6:30am and go until 6pm. All rosters should be final by thursday at midnight. Please have coache and players AAU numbers in and players jersey numbers. All coaches must show thier ID to get their wristband at coaches check in. Please have your stuff done and be organized as you set the tone for your program and are responsible for practicing what you preach and expect out of your athletes.
Spectatores can buy tickets at the door via card or cash and online at aauhawaii.org. Cards have a 1$ processing fee. The Convetion Center now requires medal detectors so please let your parents know they will need time to go through those before entering the building. We will be in Hall 1 and the courts will open at 7:30am each morning.
