Hawaiian Championships Divisions

Coaches do not need to print score sheets or rosters we will do that at check in. Team rosters should already be in the system and ready to print at check in. All Coaches and players should have their AAU numbers on the rosters. All you're doing is verify your rosters and showing your IDs. Check in starts at 6pm tonight and goes until 9pm. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE DOUBLE CHECKED THE SCHEDULE FOR ANY CHANGES.

Coaches Team Check in will be 6-9pm Friday night at the convention center. It will start back up Saturday morning at 7am. It is advised to come Friday night. All coaches will need a valid ID to check their team in and recieve a coaching band.

Your rosters are due by Wednesday at 11:59pm. ALL PLAYERS AND COACHES MUST HAVE A VALID AAU CARD. A messages has already been sent out on how to do your rosters so please refer to your dashboard for event messages on that.

The Schedule is under way and will be posted by 3/31 at 10pm.

Due to the terrible storm Hawaii just had we are going to opne back up the flash pass for today and tomorrow. It will finish at 11pm March 28th.

We are sold out with a waiting list to get in and past the payment deadline. Teams who have not been paid yet and been in communications will be dropped starting Saturday to start letting teams in who are ready. We can not start schedules and stuff until all teams are paid. Also the two week mark when we open up the flash passes for two days will start tomorrow so let your parents know. They can find the link on the main aauhawaii.org page.

This event is officially sold out as far as the total number is concerned. Please look over your registration and if you are planning on dropping any teams or changing levels or grades, please let me know ASAP. This will help us figure out who we can let in and what grades will still have spaced to round out.
