Doors will open at 11:15am on Saturday and 8:15am on Sunday.

Door entry fee is $20 per person. Cash or credit cards are accepted.

Coaches:

Upon arrival, please check in at the designated coaches check in table. Each coach must check in individually,

We allow two (2) coaches bands per team, and the bands are to be worn ON THE WRIST for the entire weekend. Without the band, or once 2 coaches have already checked in, any additional coaches will have to pay the $20 admissions fee.

All players MUST have on team uniform to enter at no cost. If their uniforms are to be issued at the game, they will have to wait outside until their coach arrives with uniforms. No Exceptions!

Players and coaches should enter using the dedicated entrance that will be labeled accordingly.

Thank you for registering for the Mudbug Hoopfest tournament next weekend. Being that there are other events in Ruston area next weekend (graduations at LaTech & Grambling), if not already you may want to secure your weekend lodging (hotels or Airbnb).

If you are traveling more than 50 miles to the tournament, please respond to this email so we may consider accordingly for scheduling games.
