2025 Harvest Hoops Showdown Documents

We are excited to see you all this weekend and are looking forward to a great tournament! Before you travel, we wanted to share an important update regarding traffic in the area.

One of the hotels near the venue is currently undergoing remodeling, and as a result, one of the main roads leading to the Mountainview Event Center (MEC) and Grace Lutheran is temporarily closed. To help you navigate smoothly, we’ve included a map highlighting the roads to avoid in red and the recommended routes to the facilities in blue.

Please take a moment to review the map before heading out. If you attempt to drive through the closed area, it may be very difficult to turn around—especially if multiple vehicles are trying to pass through at the same time. Planning ahead will help keep traffic moving and ensure everyone arrives safely and on time.
