She Got Next Thanksgiving Classic CAMDEN

Hi all,

I just wanted to say thank you again for all the love and support and being a part of our 2025 She Got Next November Tournament. It was an amazing weekend of high school girls' basketball and some great matchups. We hope that this weekend gave you a competitive edge going into regular season and gave you insight on analyzing your team. I have included the graphic of all the 15 bracket winners and have updated scores in basketball exposure. We look forward to seeing some of your teams in our Christmas and MLK tournaments / showcase and looking even more forward to next year's November tournament. The goal is always to showcase your teams and athletes and grow girls' basketball even bigger. Hi all!!!
The first day of the tournament was really great, and so thankful for all of you being a part of something so special to us! I wanted to send out matchups for tomorrow so no one is confused on whether they will be home or away. We hope that everyone has had safe travels near and far and can't wait for another amazing day of basketball! Tomorrow, there may be some traffic with the South Carolina v Clemson football game @ noon, so just please plan for that! I feel we were pretty successful at staying on schedule, so please schedule enough time to make sure coaches and athletes have safe travels on the road! If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out through the email a1hoopsmedia@gmail.com. I will be up for at least the next hour, so I can answer anything in that time frame! Thank you again for being a part of the biggest high school girls' basketball tournament in South Carolina, only up from here! Reminder: tickets are only good for one day, so please remind parents and spectators to buy tickets online or through cash at the door. Coaches / managers / etc will use the green bands from today. SCHSL pass holders will have to check in tomorrow to get another wristband as it will change from today. SCHSL league passes will be limited so please remind spectators and fans! Championship rings will be given to the head coach, 1 assistant, and all players on the team tomorrow at Irmo High and Lexington High Maintenance Court! We hope everyone gets some rest, and we will see you all tomorrow!

Hey Coaches! We wanted to send out the email blast today, since the Thanksgiving holiday is tomorrow. We hope you all get some time to spend with your family and get good food before this amazing weekend of basketball! We wanted to send out some final information before the tournament gets started this Friday and Saturday.

Tickets
Tickets for the tournament can either be purchased online at our website www.shegotnextsc.com/tickets or in person via cash. By pre-purchasing tickets, we can keep the lines down as well as help spectators get in to see their athletes as quickly as possible. Tickets are $20 cash or $22 online. Tickets must be purchased daily, as there is NO weekend pass for the event. There are limited SCHSL passes that will be accepted at the event, so please make sure to communicate with parents and fans. The SCHSL pass allows for the pass holder and one additional guest to enter. The wristband for the SCHSL pass will change daily, so those using their pass will need to sign in each day until we reach capacity. No other passes will be accepted at the event, and SCHSL passes will NOT be accepted after we reach our daily capacity. Daily tickets will be good for all locations, Lexington High, Irmo High, and Irmo Middle.

Coaches
Coaches and teams will check in at the coaches table upon arrival. Coaches, assistants, managers, bus drivers, etc will be checked in at this table so we can distribute a weekend wristband to those associated with the team. The head coach of each team will also receive a coaches gift at the location they check in at. As you get settled in, coaches and athletes will be walked to a locker room to use near their scheduled game time. Concessions should also be available at each location for snacks, etc.

Schedule
It is imperative that coaches, athletes, parents, and spectators are aware of the schedule and the time that their team competes each day. Please check out the schedule on our website at www.shegotnextsc.com/schedule to locate the time and location of where your team will compete. Please double check the schedule to make sure your team arrives at least about an hour before your scheduled game time to warm-up and to avoid holiday traffic. If you are looking at the schedule view, (A) represents the away team and (H) represents the home team. If you are looking in bracket view, the team on top will be the home team and the team at the bottom will be the away team. Please look carefully to see which jersey(s) your team will need, but the best thing would be to bring both jerseys just to be on the safe side! As teams play on Friday, scores and brackets will be updated on basketball exposure. All championship games on Saturday will occur at either Lexington HS main gym or Irmo High School. The head coach, 1 assistant, and all players on each championship team will receive rings. If your team plays at Lexington HS on Friday, they will stay at that location for Saturday (either the main gym for championship or the aux gym for consolation). If your team plays at Irmo HS or Irmo MS on Friday, they will stay at one of these locations for Saturday (championship at Irmo HS or consolation at Irmo MS on Saturday).

Vendors / Items to Purchase
We will have tournament programs at each location for purchase. Programs will be $5 if paying cash or $6 if paying via card/online. We will also have vendors selling gear, etc for the tournament!

Social Media
Please follow our social media accounts @a1hoopsreport to get all information and posts about the upcoming and future tournaments. Please tag us in your posts via Instagram, X, and Facebook so that way your team and athletes can get as much exposure as possible. We will do player of the game posts as well as a post for the MVP of each championship game. We will also post each championship winning team. One of our major goals is to get traffic going to your team and athletes to boost exposure and scholarships for all those participating.

Just wanted to send out our weekly message and let everyone know that we are 1 WEEK AWAY from the biggest South Carolina high school girls' basketball tournament. We are excited to see your team compete, and we hope that this tournament gives you a competitive edge as you start your regular season.

Just wanted to send out a few reminders as we gear up for next weekend!

Roster Submissions
I have received roster submissions from all teams competing next weekend. Your roster submissions will be used in our event programs that will be given to college coaches. We asked for players' names, jersey numbers, heights, and positions to give coaches a description of each player. If you did not send heights, jersey numbers, or positions and would like to update your roster, please send by tonight at 11:59 PM as we are going to the printer tomorrow. If you had any misspellings or need to update things of that nature, please send any updated roster by tonight at 11:59 PM so I can get the program updated accordingly.

Top 100 Watch List
Our team is making a top 100 watch list of athletes based on the recommendations that were sent in. If you did not recommend any key players and would like them to be considered, please send those names in as well by tonight at 11:59 PM.

Please double check the schedule so you know the location of where your team will play as well as the time your team will be playing each day. Also, most teams will need both their home and away uniforms, but double check the schedule and brackets on our website/social media so you know what to bring.Tickets are available for each day separately, there is no weekend pass for the event. Roster Extended Deadline: November 15
Please submit your complete team rosters byNovember 15. The deadline is final for: - Creating accurate player profiles for college coaches. - Finalizing tournament schedules. - Ensuring proper media coverage and player recognition. If your team is highlighted on the attached pdf, then I have your completed roster. If you have turned in your roster but missing information, I had put in parentheses what you are missing to be complete. Please make sure to include players' correct spelling of name, jersey number, graduation year, position, and height!

Also, we are making a top 100 list of players to watch for based on the players you acknowledges as your key 1 - 3 players. If you did not put names and feel that any athlete(s) on your team make a significant difference and should be recognized, please send those names.
