Wisconsin Premier Youth League Kingdom prep

Coaches! We are currently working on this event. It will be held at Neenah's HS and Middle School (8 courts), and Fond du Lac High (4 courts). It will likely start at 9:00. It will be held on 2/28 only. Our emphasis is on creating brackets that will provide a fair and challenging day for everyone. There will likely be three tiers at the 7th and 8th grade divisions, and two tiers for grades 4, 5 and 6. Within the tiers will go beyond considering records. Strength of schedule, recent trends, and other critical information may be used as well. We are not the NCAA (and of course there are always second-guessing of their brackets!), so please accept our brackets once finished! Will be in contact again soon! Dan, Dave, Mike and Mike. Coaches- Good Monday morning to you all. As we begin schedule planning for the next two sessions, we are asking that you look at the participant list now. If you're planning to play an are on the list, you don't need to do anything. If you aren't on the list and plan/want to play- contact us immediately. Due to a reschedule HS Girls Game:

8th grade games will be at 8, 9 and 11.
7th grade games will be at 10 in Depere and move to The Driveway for 2, 3, 4, and 5:00 games

Coaches/Directors- Over 75% of the teams wanted to play with the normal schedule as is, so that is what we are doing. We respect the decisions of individual teams to make their own decisions however! We just ask that you inform us before 9:00 am Friday morning so we can make adjustments as needed. We will do all we can to keep the schedule as close to it's current status as possible to avoid surprises. Expect slight changes with the Depere site, but nothing that should cause major concerns.
-Anyone opting out! please email landlsportsevents@gmail.com to let us know of your status or any other issues/questions you have. For teams playing, just keep an eye on the schedule as we approach Saturday (no need to email!)

Coaches/Directors- In an effort to provide both safety and team desires for this upcoming Saturday, we are asking for you to complete the attached form today! (we will need all day Friday to plan accordingly). Please understand the many moving parts regarding teams from across the state, changing weather patterns, workers and facility availabilty. If a planned school facility is off-limits, but you desire to play- feel free to note that. Possibly you could be moved to a private facility based on survey results. The following process is used in the event of cancellation of games due to weather.
NO GAMES ARE CURRENTLY CANCELLED

if we have to cancel games due to weather
1--the schools we host in DRIVE this decision
2--IF there is a weather cancellation--we notify the following lists
---everyone that is connected to exposure
---all waiver emails submitted

Again as of right now NO games are cancelled for the Dec 13-14 weekend

The rules for our upcoming season are attached--please review the BOTTOM of the last page for grade by grade breakdown on what defenses are allowed in the league
