Coaches & Directors,
Check Schedule we had a few changes which shouldn't have impacted the original schedule too much.
Rocky Top Sports World informed us yesterday morning the High School and Jr High courts are down for maintenance during June's Dead Period. We have updated the schedule to show the changes to the facilities. They provided us two different courts, which are listed below.

In addition, Rocky Top Sport World informed us this morning their courts are sponsored and not numbered. You will see that information on the App and listed as the following: Food City, Moonshine Coaster, Taco Trail, Gatlinburg Skypark, Dominos, Flapjacks.

Coach's Check-In
Two coaches can sign-in for wristbands at Coach's Check-In, ONLY ON SATURDAY. Teams cannot add coaches on Sunday, due to Coach's Check-In being closed. Additional coaches past two for each team will have to pay admissions to gain entry to the tournament. The facilities will have a Coach's Check-In on Saturday, you must hold onto your wristbands to show for Sunday.

Players can play on only one team per grade divison-They are permitted to play up in grade but not on two teams in the same grade division.

The tournament schedule is available, we worked very hard to accommodate 90% of the schedule requests out of the 30+ submitted. You can download the following apps to follow the schedule and tournament all weekend.

Registration Invoices must be paid Saturday, June 20th or have a payment plan in place to have total balance paid by Monday, June 22nd or you will be removed from the tournament.

Rosters:
Must be submitted through your exposure events login credentials and assigned to the tournament. Another option is to email rosters to bracketsportz@gmail.com.
We will allow players, coaches, & fans into the venues minutes prior to the first tip-off of each day. Please have teams show up early for both days, if the courts get ahead of time we will try to maintain that pace due to court usage.
Tournament Schedule:
The tournament schedule will be available no later than next Tuesday night but will attempt to have it out before Tuesday. You can use the links below to download the Bracket Sportz app to follow the schedule and tournament updates. Please share this with your parents.

Requests are due by Thursday, June 19th. We will consider local teams for early play on Saturday. We are scheduling the tournament as if most teams are staying Friday & Saturday Night.
REMINDER: Schedule requests are not guaranteed, but a request.

Title must include the Team's Name and Division
If submitting a time request, please list the time that your team can START/TIP OFF.
