Bracket Sportz presents 3rd Annual Heat Wave Finale

Coaches & Directors,

Please check schedules for the latest updates. Book keepers need to fill out the stat sheets completely with the correct final score. Leave score sheets on score tables at the end of each game.

Assistant Coaches, fans, and players will be held accountable for poor sportsmanship throughout Championship Sunday. Technical fouls will be enforced if there are disruptions throughout the games or rude comments towards referees or opposing players.

The Head Coach is the only one able to stand on the sideline, while assistant coaches are able to sit on the bench. PLEASE ARRIVE 1 HOUR PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED GAME.

There will be zero tolerance of any disrespect or rudeness towards referees, tournament staff, and the Convention Center staff. If that occurs, the individual will be removed.

Please complete stat sheets and leave them in the black binders at the score table. Things needed to capture scores in the system.

Schedules cannot be changed during bracket play.

Coaches Check-in is CLOSED, please show or have wristbands visible to gain access to the tournament.

Two coaches can sign-in for wristbands at Coach's Check-In, ONLY ON SATURDAY. Teams cannot add coaches on Sunday, due to Coach's Check-In being closed. Additional coaches past two for each team will have to pay admissions to gain entry to the tournament. The Bridge will have a Coach's Check-In on Saturday, you must hold onto your wristbands to show for Sunday.

I want to provide you all the necessary updates needed as you lead your programs and teams into this weekend’s tournament. Please make sure invoices are by 11:00am Eastern today as we will drop any team that has not made payment so we can begin scheduling.

Rosters:
Must be submitted through your exposure events login credentials and assigned to the tournament. Another option is to email rosters to bracketsportz@gmail.com or ronniesmith.bracketsportz@outlook.com.

We will allow players, coaches, & fans into the venues 25 minutes prior to the first tip-off of each day. Please have teams show up early for both days, if the courts get ahead of time we will try to maintain that pace due to court usage.

Tournament Rules are found in documents through the mobile app and will have a copy on the score tables for each court. Please be aware of players participation inside a division with an organization having multiple teams registered.
