A GIRLS Spring Shootout

Description

What is a "Shoot-Out"? We take a weekend-long tournament... & condense it into ONE day! This style of play moves F-A-S-T and so do the spots available ~ a great, intense way to get some games in as you start your 2026 Spring Season. These games will be played in the Wooster, OH area & are open to Girls teams in the 3rd-12th grades.

General Information

This "Spring Shootout" is for 3rd-12th grade Girls teams, w/ separate divisions for each grade.  Our 1st "Shoot-Out" of the year & with over 35 years of experience in Sports Event Management, you can expect a top-notch tournament experience when you choose the Varsity Athletic Club! 

Tournament Details
Locations: Games will take place at the BRAND NEW Triway Local Schossl (w/ amazing state-of-the-art facilities), the Gault Rec Center and other venues as needed. 
Entry Fee: The cost for participation is $160 per team & each team is guaranteed a minimum of 4 games.

Tournament Perks:
Affordable Pricing: We maintain some of the lowest gate fees to keep it budget-friendly for families.
Scorekeeping Services: Each game will have 2 scorekeepers, ensuring local student-athletes are employed...AND relieving your spectators from this task!
Qualified Officiating: Two (2) vetted referees will be provided for every game.
On-Site Support: An experienced on-site Director will be present at all times to oversee the tournament.

Entry Deadline:
All registrations, payments & schedule requests should be submitted by Friday, March 14th.
