I hope all is well, thank you for all of your patience in the beginning of the tournament. Its been a successful start with majority of games being within a possession or two.

The scores from games already played, should be recorded in the exposure app, please make sure to verify your scores. If there are any conflicts, please text Sara in writing at 513-578-5703.

SCHEDULE

Everyone should expect to play a minimum of three games throughout the weekend. All games on Saturday are pool play games that will set the foundation for bracket seeding on Sunday.

ALL TOURNAMENT TEAM/STANDOUTS
At the conclusion of each game, coaches are required to nominate an opposing player and record their name and jersey number on the sheets provided at each table. We will also be taking photos of each standout to post on social media. Please send your player to the "winners circle' to have their photo recorded.

TEAM/COACHES CHECKIN
Coaches Registration will be at all venues. We ask that each team bring a printed roster with jersey numbers. You can also enter your roster on exposure using the link that is sent out or by logging into your account. This will help us include names on Event All-Tournament Teams and standouts.

Each team will receive 2 Bands (2 Coaches bands). Scorekeepers are provided by Grassroots Tourneys.

EVENT MEDIA COVERAGE
Following each game, we ask for coaches:
* Sign the score sheet to verify the score is correct.
* Nominate a player from the opposing team for Tournament All-Stars
* Following your win in Bracket play, we ask that the team and coaches come to the Event Bracket Boards to advance your team on the boards.

We will have a videographer/photographer on sight taking photos and making short reels for everyones review. These can be found in the evening on Sunday and throughout the upcoming week on our social media accounts listed below:

GAME ENTRANCE PROTOCOL
Doors will open 30 minutes prior to the first game and will close 30 minutes following the final game. Those playing at the SHAC on Sunday ARE NOT allowed to part in the church parking lot before noon. They will tow your vehicle.

Entrance wristbands must be on the spectators wrists at all times. Any lost or cut off bands will not be excepted and a new band must be paid for.

There will be no outside food or beverages allowed in the facility, which also will include no coolers, no open cup beverages, stanley's with straws, etc... We will have concession stands on sight for all venue except the St. Henry Grade School on Saturday.

Adults - $15
Seniors/Students - $10
Children 7 and under are free

Weekend Pass
Adults - $25
Seniors/Students - $15
Children 7 and under are free

We do not plan on moving Saturday gametimes around unless it was an oversight on our part for someone who had a personal request. However, with that being said, please review the schedule throughout Friday for any changes.

Coaches/Program Directors - I hope your day was blessed. I meant to shoot this out earlier this afternoon (and thought I had) but the flu/strep is running through my house and I apparently got distracted and never pushed send on this message.

The tentative Saturday schedule is released. There are a couple adjustments I plan to make tonight but I wanted to shoot over the layout for Saturday. Unless I completely overlooked anything, your timeframe should stay the same and adjustments will entail an hour our two tweeks.

I will have the brackets and Sundays schedule out by early afternoon tomorrow, if not before. I appreciate your patience and understanding with the scheduling as this is the kickoff weekend for most events.
