Hey coaches and players — quick reminder for this one-day tournament:
We will not know bracket placements or updates until scores are entered after each game. Scores are updated immediately once games end, and then the app will automatically place teams.
Please do not repeatedly ask gym staff, gym monitors, or admission workers about seeding or bracket placement, as they do not have that information.
The best source for updates is the app. Once it refreshes, your placement and next game information will appear there.
Until the app updates, no one onsite will have additional answers. Thanks for your patience and cooperation!

π¨ ALERT, ALERT, ALERT PARENTS π¨
If you are playing at Potential Sports Academy, you cannot park along the road or to the left of the building, as that is private property.
Parking is available in front of the building, and you may also drive around back where the bus is located. That roped-off area has adequate parking available.
Again, if you park on the road or on the private property to the left of the building, you will be asked to move your vehicle, and your car may be towed.
Good afternoon, Coaches,
Thank you for attending the Yellow Jacket Hoop Fest this Saturday.

• Rosters must be completed for your team.
• You may email your completed roster in advance or bring a copy with you on Saturday.

• Coaches must wear their wristband at all times throughout the weekend.
• If a wristband is torn, altered, cut, or removed, it will not be replaced.

Coaches, please review the schedule carefully. There have been a few changes due to a couple of teams dropping out, so we had to move some things around. Please make sure you look over the updated schedule. There will be no more schedule changes today.

Teams must be ready to play at game time. If a team is not present at game time, a 5 minute grace period will be given. If the missing team has not shown up within that 5 minute grace period, the team present will be awarded a 15-0 forfeit win.
