 Please read over the information below.

Coaches check-In: 

All coaches must check-in at the gym where they play their first game. Doors to the facilities will not open until 7:45 am on Saturday .Only (2) coach’s bands will be given out, if they are taken off or lost no other arm bands will be issued. NO EXCEPTION!!!!

All players must be in full uniform (jersey and shorts) or have the full uniform (jersey and shorts) in their hand when they enter the gym. Coaches, please help us with this by making sure that your players are in full uniform, or they will not be allowed to enter the facility (no exceptions).

Zero Tolerance Policy

*No fans are permitted to approach the score table or speak to the scorekeepers after the game. Any issues or concerns must be addressed by a team coach to bring to the tournament directors. Harassment of individuals working at the score/clock table will be an automatic ejection.

*No spectators are permitted to argue with the officials’ other spectators, coaches or players. Upon first notice, they will be ejected from the gym and prohibited from returning to any other games in this tournament. No refunds will be given.

*If a spectator/parent is ejected, his or her player is ineligible to remain playing (from the time of the parent ejection). All ejections apply for the remaining games that entire weekend.

*Notwithstanding the above rules, policies and directives, the Event Director/Event Management, after consultation with all parties, has final and complete authority and discretion on the activities listed above and can, override any rule for the purpose of fairness, safety, time consideration and fair play.
