ASC Tournament Policies & Procedures
Admission
Daily Admission: $20 Per Person
10 & under free

CASH ONLY
No credit cards, debit cards, Cash App, Venmo, Apple Pay, checks, or any other forms of electronic payment will be accepted. Please plan accordingly.


Coaches Check-In
All coaches must check in at the gym where their first game will be played.
Facility doors will open at 7:45 AM. Please make sure your parents and players are aware of this arrival time.
Each team will receive three (3) coach wristbands only. Lost, damaged, or removed coach bands will not be replaced.

Rosters & Player Entry Requirements
A completed team roster must be submitted prior to the team's first game.
Each roster must include the player's full name, jersey number, grade, and date of birth.
Tournament staff may request proof of age and/or grade eligibility at any time. Acceptable documentation includes a birth certificate, report card, or other approved school document.
All players must either be wearing their complete uniform (jersey and shorts) or have their complete uniform in hand when entering the facility.
Failure to provide a completed roster, requested eligibility documents, or proper uniform requirements may result in the player being ruled ineligible or the team being disqualified.
The Event Director and Tournament Management reserve the right to make all final eligibility and roster determinations.

Zero Tolerance Policy
Spectators are not permitted to approach the score table or address scorekeepers after a game. Any questions or concerns must be brought to a team coach, who may then communicate with Tournament Management.
Harassment or intimidation of scorekeepers, table staff, officials, coaches, players, or event personnel will result in immediate ejection.
Spectators may not argue with officials, opposing spectators, coaches, players, or other spectators. Any individual engaging in this behavior will be ejected from the facility and prohibited from returning for the remainder of the tournament. No refunds will be issued.
If a parent or spectator is ejected, their child will become immediately ineligible to participate for the remainder of the tournament weekend.
Tournament Management reserves the right to remove any individual whose conduct is determined to be detrimental to the event, regardless of whether the behavior is specifically listed in these policies.
The Event Director and Event Management retain final authority over all rules, policies, and directives. After consulting with all involved parties, they may modify or override any rule when necessary to ensure fairness, safety, time management, and the overall integrity of the event.

Wristband Policy
Wristbands must be applied by ASC staff at the time of purchase and must remain securely fastened to the wrist at all times.
Any wristband that is removed, lost, damaged, transferred, altered, or tampered with will be considered invalid and will require the purchase of a new admission wristband.
All decisions regarding wristband validity are at the sole discretion of ASC staff and are final. No refunds or replacements will be issued.

Spectator Conduct Policy
All spectators are expected to behave in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner toward players, coaches, officials, staff, and fellow attendees at all times.

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:
Verbal abuse, harassment, or intimidation.
Profanity or threatening language.
Disruptive, aggressive, or unsportsmanlike conduct.
Refusal to follow instructions from event staff or security personnel.
Any spectator engaging in prohibited conduct may be removed from the event immediately, without warning. Individuals removed for misconduct will not receive a refund and may be denied entry for the remainder of the event and future ASC events.

All determinations regarding misconduct are made solely by ASC staff, and all decisions are final.


Prohibited Items & Venue Rules
The following items are prohibited:

Weapons of any kind.
Illegal or controlled substances.
Alcohol or tobacco products (where prohibited by the venue).
Fireworks or hazardous materials.
Any item deemed unsafe by staff or security.
ASC and Event Management reserve the right to determine, at their sole discretion, whether any item presents a safety, security, or operational concern and may prohibit or remove any item not specifically listed above.

Pets are not permitted except for certified service animals.
Food and non-alcoholic beverages are permitted unless restricted by venue policy and must be disposed of properly.
Event staff and security reserve the right to inspect bags and remove prohibited or unattended items.

Health & Safety – Assumption of Risk
By attending or participating in this event, all participants and spectators acknowledge that live sporting events involve inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, accidents, or other unforeseen incidents.

Attendance and participation are voluntary, and all individuals assume full responsibility for any risks associated with the event.

ASC, its staff, tournament directors, volunteers, partners, and affiliated facilities shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or incident occurring in connection with the event.


ASC Tournament Management reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any individual whose behavior compromises the safety, integrity, or operation of the event.

General Information

Coaches Check-In

All players must either wear the full uniform (jersey and shorts) or have the full uniform in hand when entering the gym. Coaches, please ensure that your players are in full uniform; otherwise, they will not be allowed to enter the facility (no exceptions).

• No fans are allowed to approach the score table or speak to the scorekeepers after the game. Any issues or concerns must be addressed by a team coach who can then communicate with the tournament directors. Harassment of individuals at the score/clock table will result in automatic ejection. 

• Spectators are not permitted to argue with officials, other spectators, coaches, or players. On first notice, violators will be ejected from the gym and banned from returning to any subsequent games in the tournament. No refunds will be issued. • 

-If a spectator or parent is ejected, their child will be ineligible to continue playing from the moment of the ejection. This rule applies for the remainder of the weekend's games. 

• The Event Director/Event Management retains final authority over all rules, policies, and directives. After consulting with all involved parties, they may override any rule to ensure fairness, safety, time considerations, and fair play.
