🏫 FACILITY OPENING TIME
👉 All gyms will open at 8:30 AM Sunday morning

Please plan accordingly and do not arrive excessively early, as facilities will not be open prior to that time.


🎟️ WRISTBAND POLICY (VERY IMPORTANT)
If you arrive today without your wristband:

👉 You will be required to purchase a Sunday day pass

This policy applies to:

Coaches
Spectators
Everyone entering the facility

⚠️ PLEASE NOTE
Multiple signs are posted at all gates outlining this policy
Messages were also sent out yesterday regarding wristbands
There will be no exceptions.


🚨 IMPORTANT REMINDER
If you choose to respond to our staff with disruptive, loud, aggressive, or belligerent behavior regarding this policy:

👉 You will be removed from the facility and denied entry, even if you are willing to purchase a pass.

Our staff is here to enforce policies and maintain a safe, organized, family-friendly environment.


📜 CODE OF CONDUCT / ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY
We want everyone to enjoy themselves, have fun, and cheer loudly for their team while maintaining a safe and family-friendly environment.

However:

⚠️ Panhandle Basketball has a zero-tolerance policy for poor behavior, poor attitude, or inappropriate conduct.

We removed two spectators yesterday
We will not hesitate to do the same again today if necessary

🚨 IMPORTANT REMINDER
Buying a ticket or entering your team in this tournament does NOT give anyone the right to:

Act inappropriately
Display poor sportsmanship
Have a poor attitude
Disrupt the event for players, teams, officials, or families

👉 Enjoy the games.
👉 Cheer loudly for your team.
👉 Respect the environment.

Failure to do so may result in removal from the facility.
