🆔 PLAYER ELIGIBILITY / TEAM CHECK-IN
National Sports ID is NOT required for this event, but it is strongly recommended.

⚠️ IMPORTANT:
Teams without National Sports ID must bring:

Birth Certificates
Report Cards
for ALL players to team check-in.

👉 Coaches must have these documents available at check-in.

💵 Gate Pricing:
Weekend Pass — $35
Saturday Pass — $25
Sunday Pass — $20

🎟️ WRISTBAND POLICY
All coaches and spectators must keep wristbands on all weekend.

⚠️ IMPORTANT:
Do NOT remove wristbands
Do NOT tear them
Removed wristbands will require repurchase
No exceptions
We do not want to charge anyone again, but we will have to if wristbands are removed.

👦👧 UNACCOMPANIED MINORS
Children remain free at our events because we understand the financial costs associated with travel sports.

However:

👉 Unaccompanied minors must be supervised at all times.

Issues involving:

Property damage
Disruptions
Unsafe behavior
may result in removal from the event without refund.

As we get closer to this weekend’s 3rd Annual Southern Mayhem, please review the important reminders below.

🏀 SCHEDULE UPDATE
👉 The tournament schedule is expected to be released later tonight or before 12:00 PM on Thursday.

Please review the schedule carefully once it is posted. While we work extremely hard to honor scheduling requests, requests are not guaranteed.

🆔 PLAYER VERIFICATION / TEAM CHECK-IN

👉 National Sports ID is encouraged but NOT required for this event.

National Sports ID Link:

Teams using National Sports ID will have a much faster check-in process.

✅ If your team HAS National Sports ID:
• Only the coach is required to check in
• Players do NOT need to be present at team check-in

❌ If your team DOES NOT have National Sports ID:
• You MUST provide birth certificates and report cards for ALL players
• ALL players must be present at team check-in for verification purposes

We strongly encourage teams to complete National Sports ID to help speed up the process and avoid delays.


📲 TEAM FOLLOWING / NOTIFICATIONS
Please remind parents and spectators that they can “Follow” their team online for tournament updates, score notifications, and event messages throughout the weekend.

Teams are not guaranteed a spot until payment is received
We will begin removing unpaid teams and replacing them with waiting list teams if necessary
