On behalf of everyone at Panhandle Basketball, we want to thank all of the players, coaches, and families for being part of the 13th Annual Gulf Coast Primetime Nationals. We have enjoyed watching some outstanding basketball, and today we get to crown our champions!

Please take a few moments to review these important reminders before heading to the gym.

📜 CODE OF CONDUCT & ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY
Championship games are emotional, but we expect everyone to compete with class.

Please remember:

Respect officials, opponents, staff, and fellow spectators.
Under no circumstances may a spectator step onto the playing court or make any move toward entering the court.
Unsportsmanlike conduct, abusive language, threats, harassment, or confrontational behavior will not be tolerated.
Coaches are responsible for the conduct of their players and spectators.
🚨 IMPORTANT
It was brought to our attention that we had a few incidents yesterday involving unsportsmanlike conduct from spectators and individuals approaching the court.

Please understand that we have a zero-tolerance policy for this type of behavior.

Any spectator who enters the court or attempts to approach the playing floor will be removed from the event immediately and may be trespassed from the Mobile Convention Center. Additional disciplinary action, including sanctions against the team, may also be considered.

Cheer for your team. Support your players. Bring the energy. But please do not cross the line.

Let's make Championship Sunday about the players and allow them to enjoy the experience they have worked so hard to earn.

👦 UNACCOMPANIED MINORS
Children and teenagers must remain supervised at all times.

Parents and coaches are responsible for ensuring minors stay with their group and respect the facility and other guests.

As we prepare for the remainder of the 13th Annual Gulf Coast Primetime Nationals, we want to remind everyone of our National Sports ID policy and our commitment to protecting the integrity of competition.

At Panhandle Basketball, the integrity of our events is one of our highest priorities. We work hard to provide a fair and level playing field for every team, and we will take every step necessary to protect that standard.


🆔 NATIONAL SPORTS ID POLICY
All players must be verified through National Sports ID prior to the start of the tournament.

Once the tournament tips off, rosters are locked.

🚨 NO ADD-ONS
There will be NO player additions after the tournament begins.

This applies to:

Players who have already been verified through National Sports ID but were not on your tournament roster before the event started.
Players who have not been verified through National Sports ID.
Any player added after the first game of the tournament.
There are absolutely NO exceptions.


🚫 ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY
If a team is found to be playing with:

An unverified player,
A player who was added after the tournament began, or
A player who is not properly listed on the team's approved tournament roster,
the following actions will be taken:

The team will be immediately removed from the tournament.
The team may forfeit all games in which the illegal player participated.
The organization, coach, and/or team may face suspension or removal from future Panhandle Basketball events, up to and including a ban from all future events.

🏀 PROTECTING THE INTEGRITY OF THE GAME
Every coach, player, and family deserves to compete knowing that every team is following the same rules.

We appreciate the overwhelming majority of coaches who do things the right way. These policies exist to protect honest programs and ensure that every championship is earned fairly.

Good morning Coaches,

Please make sure all players on your team are aware of the following tournament policy.

🚨 NO DUNKING DURING WARM-UPS OR HALFTIME
Dunking is NOT permitted during pregame warm-ups or halftime.

The penalties are as follows:

🏀 First Offense:
A Technical Foul will be assessed to the offending player.

🏀 Second Offense (Same Player):
The player will be ejected from the game.

🏀 After the Game Has Ended:
If a player dunks after the conclusion of a game, that player will be ejected from the tournament.

This policy is in place to help us protect the facilities and maintain a safe environment for everyone participating in the tournament.

⚠️ COACHES
Please take a moment before your next game to communicate this policy to your players. A quick reminder now can prevent unnecessary technical fouls, ejections, and tournament suspensions.

Good afternoon,

First, we want to apologize for the delay in releasing the schedule and thank everyone for your patience.

With the size of this event, there are a lot of moving parts. Between schedule requests, Division I and Division II placement, division adjustments, and final team changes, it takes time to build a schedule.

We worked extremely hard to accommodate schedule requests and were able to honor the vast majority of them. Unfortunately, with an event of this size, it simply isn't possible to satisfy every request. We appreciate your understanding and patience throughout this process.

🎤 PLAYER EVENT UPDATE
Due to the low number of responses regarding attendance, we are considering moving our Player Event to Saturday evening from 7:00 PM–8:00 PM at the Mobile Convention Center.

A final decision will be made once we determine if the coaches can make a change to their plans.

We offer this event because we want to give our players, coaches, and parents the opportunity to hear directly from college coaches, current and former college players about what it takes—and the path required—to compete at the next level.

This is not something we are required to do. We choose to offer it because we genuinely love what we do and have a passion for helping young athletes grow both on and off the court.

If the event is moved to Saturday evening, we believe even more teams and families will be able to take advantage of this opportunity.

Additional information will be sent once a final decision has been made.

First, thank you for your patience as we finalize the tournament schedule.

📅 SCHEDULE RELEASE UPDATE
The schedule release has been pushed back to approximately 3:00 PM today.

We are currently working through the extensive schedule requests, a few division adjustments, and several changes involving teams that have not completed payment.

We understand everyone is eager to receive the schedule, but we want to make sure we work through these final details before it is released.

⚠️ SCHEDULE REQUESTS
For those of you who submitted schedule requests, we have worked extremely hard to accommodate them.

Historically, we are able to honor over 99% of all schedule requests, and this event is no different.

If you requested that your team NOT play on Friday, you will not be scheduled to play on Friday.

We appreciate your patience as we finish the scheduling process.


🎤 FRIDAY NIGHT PLAYER EVENT
We also need one final favor.

As of now, we still need additional teams to confirm they will be attending our Friday Night Player Event following Friday's games.

This event is scheduled for approximately 7:30 PM – 9:00 PM and will feature guest speakers, including college coaches and current and former college players.

These individuals are volunteering their time to invest in our players, and we want to make sure there is a strong turnout.

If we do not receive enough confirmations by 2:00 PM today, we will unfortunately have to cancel the Friday Night Player Event.

🏀 FRIDAY NIGHT GAME AVAILABILITY
We are looking for a few more teams that are available to begin play on Friday evening, specifically in the 5:30 PM and 6:30 PM time slots.

If your team is available, please reply to this email as soon as possible.

⚠️ IMPORTANT
This does NOT necessarily mean your team will play on Friday.

We must also have another team in your division that is available to create a matchup. This simply lets us know your team is available if the opportunity arises.


📅 SCHEDULE RELEASE
We are putting the finishing touches on the schedule.

👉 The tournament schedule will be released around or before 1:00 PM today.


🎤 FRIDAY NIGHT PLAYER EVENT
We also need your help planning our Friday Night Player Event.

Following Friday's games (approximately 7:30 PM – 9:00 PM), we will host an evening featuring college coaches, current and former college players, and other guest speakers who have volunteered their time to share their experiences, recruiting advice, and what it takes to compete at the next level.

📋 TEAM LIST RELEASED
The team list has now been released.

Please review it carefully and make sure your team is listed in the correct division.

👉 If your team is entered in the wrong division, please let us know immediately.

Please remember that Panhandle Basketball does not register your team. You or a representative from your organization selected the division during registration. We will gladly help move your team to the correct division if needed.

If you have registered and, for any reason, can no longer attend, please let us know as soon as possible. This helps us finalize divisions and allows other teams the opportunity to participate.


📅 SCHEDULE INFORMATION
The tournament schedule will be released on Exposure late Wednesday or early Thursday.

⚠️ IMPORTANT
There will be NO activities scheduled on Thursday
Tournament play will begin Friday afternoon/evening
Some teams may not play until Saturday morning depending on division size and scheduling requirements

It simply means your team is NOT available to begin play on Friday and must be available to start on Saturday morning if scheduling permits.

Panhandle Basketball will make every effort to accommodate requests when possible, but requests are not guaranteed and are subject to division sizes, tournament structure, facility availability, and scheduling requirements.

Teams that do not respond to this email will be considered available to begin play at any time during the tournament.

As we continue preparing for the 13th Annual Gulf Coast Primetime Nationals, we wanted to provide some important tournament information and scheduling details.

Please read carefully.


📅 TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE INFORMATION
⚠️ IMPORTANT
There will be NO activities scheduled on Thursday.

Games will begin on Friday afternoon/evening.

👉 Most teams can expect to begin play late Friday afternoon or early Friday evening.

👉 Some teams may not play until Saturday morning depending on division size and scheduling requirements.

All Friday games and Friday night activities will be held at:

All Friday competition and Friday night activities, including our Player Event Night and Guest Speakers, will take place at the Saraland Sportsplex.

🏀 FRIDAY NIGHT PLAYER EVENT & GUEST SPEAKERS
Friday's games will conclude approximately between 7:00 PM and 8:00 PM.

Following the conclusion of games, we will host our Player Event Night at the Saraland Sportsplex.

While attendance is not required, we strongly encourage players and families to attend.

You do not want to miss this opportunity.
