PQSports Spring Finale Basketball Tournament Terms & Conditions By registering and participating in the PQSports Spring Finale Basketball Tournament, hosted by PQSports and Triple Elite Youth Sports, you agree to the following: Registration & Payment: All teams must complete registration by May 25, 2026. Payment is due at the time of registration through the official PQSports online portal. Registration fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizers. Eligibility: Teams must compete in their designated division (1st–8th Grade, High School JV, Varsity). Players may only compete with one team per division. Proof of player eligibility may be requested at any time. Event Rules & Conduct: All games will follow official tournament rules provided in advance to coaches. Certified officials’ decisions are final. Unsportsmanlike conduct by players, coaches, or spectators will result in removal without refund. Media & Publicity: By participating, you grant PQSports the right to use photographs, videos, and other event media for promotional purposes. Teams and players may be featured in media coverage, social media, and event recaps. Liability & Safety: PQSports is not responsible for injuries, lost items, or damages occurring during the event. Each team must carry liability insurance, and all participants must have personal health coverage. Awards & Qualification: Tournament champions will receive free entry into the PQSports Summer Grand Prix National Championship (July 3–5, 2026 | Atlanta, GA area). Awards will be presented for 1st & 2nd place teams, All-Tournament Team, and MVP. Event Modifications: Organizers reserve the right to adjust schedules, brackets, or rules as needed. In the event of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, updates will be communicated promptly to all registered teams. Code of Conduct: Coaches, players, and spectators must uphold the highest standard of sportsmanship and respect toward officials, opponents, and staff. Violations may result in penalties, disqualification, or ejection from the event. By completing registration and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Refund Policy

PQSports Refund & Credit Policy Credits for Canceled Events: If a tournament is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, teams will receive a credit toward participation in a future PQSports event. No Refunds for Non-Attendance: Refunds will not be issued for teams unable or unwilling to attend or participate in an event. No Refunds for Forfeits or No-Shows: Refunds will not be provided if a team forfeits or fails to appear for scheduled games. Refund Requests: All refund or credit inquiries must be submitted via email to pqsportshoops@gmail.com . Requests made through any other channel will not be processed.
