Welcome to the DL6 Sports Carilina Premier National Warm Up Tournament!

Coaches, please watch your inbox right after this message.

In the by tomorrow you’ll receive a separate email with a link to add or update your rosters ahead of this weekend’s tournament.

Why this matters: Accurate rosters are what allow us to deliver live stats and live streaming for you, your players, and their parents throughout the event. Updated rosters also help our media team identify players correctly as they capture content over the weekend. Missing or outdated rosters lead to incorrect player info, missing names on broadcasts, and slower game starts.

It only takes a few minutes — please take care of it as soon as the email arrives. All rosters must be submitted by Friday at 4:00 PM to ensure your first game is not delayed.




Check-In Procedures

• All teams must check in at the gym where they play their first game.
• Facility doors will open at 8:40 AM on both Saturday and Sunday—please inform parents and players not to arrive earlier.
• Each team will receive (3) coach’s bands only. If a band is removed or lost, no replacements will be issued. Please keep your band for the entire weekend.
• All players must be in full uniform (jersey and shorts) or have their uniform in hand when entering the facility.
• Players without a full uniform will not be allowed inside.
• Coaches, please help enforce this rule with your teams.

• Schedules will be posted on the DL6 Sports App.
• Please encourage parents to download one of the apps for easy access.

• Saturday Adult & Sunday Adults: $20
• Everyday Students (Middle School–College): $10 (valid ID required)
• Everyday Children 12 & Under: Free

Clear Bag Policy

Clear bags may not have colored tinting or obstructive patterns. Simple logos are permitted. Exceptions will be made for medically necessary items after inspection.


No Tripods at DL6 Sportsplex

Coaches, please inform your parents and media staff that absolutely no tripods will be allowed inside the DL6 Sportsplex. Tripods are permitted at all off‑site facilities but not DL6 Sportsplex.

Please make sure this information is passed along to your parents and staff to help reduce confusion at the door.


Coolers

Coolers are not allowed inside the gym at DL6 Sports. Please make sure all coaches and staff members are aware of this rule to help reduce confusion at the door.


Arcade

Our arcade will be open throughout the tournament, giving families and players entertainment between games.
