If your team win you will advance in the bracket, if your team loses that will conclude your weekend.

Due to a team dropping out of the tournament after the final schedule email was sent, adjustments have been made to the games at Riverfront. If your team was scheduled to play in the morning/early afternoon at Riverfront please confirm your game times and court.

I apoligize for the changes but it was necessary to ensure there were no gaps in game times for our officials.

Scranton Slamfest Schedule

If you have any issues with your schedule, please reach out VIA EMAIL ONLY (csunseri@riverfrontsports.com) as soon as possible. I have done my best to accommodate all schedule requests regarding start times and multiple coaches. Please understand with that with 60+ teams playing this weekend, we may not be able to make a change the current schedule. I have tried my best to mitigate long gaps between games but some situations are unavoidable with multiple teams in a division asking for morning only and evening only games. Additionally, we ask you double check your schedule on Friday to avoid any forfeits or no shows.

Bracket/Championship Play Reminders:
This weekend's tournament includes championship/bracket play. All teams will play two games on Saturday. The results of those games will then seed your team and the others in your age division for the playoff/bracket play on Sunday.

All teams will play at least one game on Sunday. If you win your team will advance to the next round of the playoffs/brackets until a champion is decided. If you lose at any point in the playoffs/bracket that concludes your weekend.

The brackets and potential game times can also be viewed in the Top Tier Events app.

Rules and Regulations:
Attached to this email is a copy of the tournament rules. These rules can also be found in the Top Tier Events app. Please familiarize yourself with the game rules this event will utilize. Teams must bring their own basketballs for warm ups. Top Tier Events will provide a game ball that will remain at the scorer’s table at halftime and the conclusion of each game.
