We had a major issue arise and had to swap the 12pm and 1pm Celebrate and Mulva Divisions for tomorrow, Saturday, May 9th in order to minimize the impact.

We know we have coaches across divisions, so just sharing this message with everyone.

If you are in the Celebrate and Mulva Divisions please double check your schedules for updates.

Hello Recruit Wisconsin Participants!

Thank you so much for being a part of the 2nd stop on our Recruit Wisconsin College Series Tour at Saint Norbert College!

With the number of teams entered and with access to only 2 hardwood courts at SNC - Mulva Family Fitness & Sports Events Center we did have to schedule some teams at West De Pere High School, but the area of De Pere and Saint Norbert College is open to all families!

In case you missed it, we did send a Welcome Email Monday, May 4th. Please review if you have not seen it.

SCHEDULE
Your schedule has been finalized. Please use the Blaze Events app to review your final schedule.

You can also use this Schedule Link to review your schedule online.

Please email team@blaze365.com if you have any major issues with number of players on your team. We will not be able to adjust the schedule at this time, so would like to make sure everyone gets their games in!

TEAM ROSTERS
When you review the Blaze Events app or the Schedule online, you should be able to select your team and review (all public facing) roster information that was submitted by your Directors. If your Director did not submit your roster, your roster will not be visible.

ACADEMIC/ATHLETIC TOUR
We will be hosting 45 minute tours of Saint Norbert College on Saturday at 11:00am and 12:00pm. We added an 11:00 am option to give you more flexibility based on game times. This 45 minute tour will be mostly of the academic grounds. Saint Norbert College Head Coach Amanda Perry will be available to do any informal sports tours as requested.

Each tour will start in the lobby at the Mulva Family & Fitness Sports Center where the games high school games will be hosted.

Please fill out this brief SNC RSVP Form so we can get a head count to make sure we have the tour guides needed for your family. If the form did not work previously, it should now.

Spectator Check-In / Admission: 1 Day Pass: $15.

DE PERE TO-DO's
We sent a fun list of Things to See / Do / Know in the De Pere area. All options are listed in the Welcome Email.

A new idea...De Pere Foodie Walk (11am-3pm) would have been fun but tickets have been sold out. We are still sending this link in case you want to browse these restaurants listed and you have time to go before or after your game times listed.

ATHLETIC TRAINER
We were unable to schedule an Ascension athletic trainer like we typically do; however we will have a licensed and insured trainer at the Saint Norbert College Mulva Center facility that also Coaches for Blaze. If something unfortunate arises he will be available as needed. In both SNC/Mulva and West De Pere High School facilities, if medical personnel is not present, our Site Directors will be available to help support you as needed.

There will be medical kits at each scorer's table as well as ice/bags/wrap at both SNC Mulva Center and West De Pere High School.

TOP PERFORMERS
Recruit Wisconsin staff will track games, select Top Performers, take pictures post games of the Top Performers, and then post these updates the following week for teams and athletes.

Hello Recruit Wisconsin (Saint Norbert College) Directors & Coaches!

We are excited to have you at this event on the Saint Norbert College & West De Pere gyms next week, Saturday, May 9th!

Before we push out our schedule to all teams and families we have listed in your rosters, we wanted to make sure you reviewed the Division setup and Schedule, to make sure we didn't miss anything. Please review and send us any "major" conflicts we may have missed by Sunday, May 3rd, 5pm. We are very tight on our schedule with all courts and times locked in from start to finish. So there is very little wiggle room.

We feel we have a great cadence of play, off, play, off, play for most teams and older teams with a break that allows them to tour the SNC campus between their games, or before or after.

Note: We will be adding a final team to The Fox River Division as soon as possible.

Because SNC only has two hardwood courts available for us to compete on in the Mulva Family Sports Center, we did have to schedule teams at West De Pere HS.

We will be sharing more details with you to pass on to families next week, in a newsletter, but you can share our main web page of information right now as needed.
