VBFH Mother's Day Classic Schedule

Location:
Virginia Beach Field House - 2020 Landstown Centre Way - VA Beach 23456


Admissions: (cash or credit card* accepted)
$20 - adult (16 years old and up)
$10 - youth (5-15 years old)
4 and under are free
*a fee of 3% will be added to all CC payments
**an ATM is on site


General Information:
*each teams gets 3 games (some divisions will have some games in "bracket" - other divisions will be straight pool play to determine champion)
*3 free coaches bands per team (extra personnel will need to pay)
*each team is required to provide table personnel for each game (home team provides the book person and the away team provides the clock person)

***Coaches are responsible for their players staying on the courtside of the facility, any player who goes upstairs without reason or supervision could be sent out of the facility and would be out for the remainder of the day/tournament.

*home team is listed first or on top of the bracket and away team is listed second or on the bottom of the bracket
*no outside food or drink allowed in the facility

*please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your posted game times as we would like to start early if possible



*Doors open 45 minutes before the scheduled start time (e.g., for an 8:00 AM tip-off, doors open at 7:15 AM).

*****Our policy strictly prohibits any abusive language or inappropriate behavior directed at staff, referees, players, or fans — anyone who violates this rule risks removal, and teams may face disqualification from the tournament. Ignorance is no excuse for violations; this policy will be enforced, and disciplinary actions will cite this notice.
