OK FADEAWAY HOOPS APP
The OK Fadeaway Hoops App is the primary source for all tournament information and event updates.

We strongly encourage all coaches, players, and parents to download the app and enable notifications.
PLAYER ELIGIBILITY DOCUMENTS
To ensure a smooth tournament experience, teams should begin gathering player eligibility documents now.
Each team should have access to:
- Birth Certificate for each player
- Most Recent Report Card for each player
Documents may be stored digitally on a phone/tablet or kept in paper form.
These documents are only required if a player’s eligibility is protested during the event.
Failure to provide documentation when requested may result in a player being ruled ineligible.
ROSTER SUBMISSION
All teams will be required to submit their roster through their Exposure Events coach account.
Submitting your roster helps:
- Automatically populate player names on official scoresheets
- Improve scorekeeping accuracy
- Speed up event operations
- Help keep games running on schedule
- Improve player eligibility verification when needed
Only the following information is required:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Jersey Number
Teams with completed rosters help reduce delays and keep the tournament running on time.
We encourage teams to begin preparing their roster now rather than waiting until tournament week.

- Two-Day Event (Saturday & Sunday)
- Pool Play Saturday + Single Elimination Bracket Sunday
- 3-Game Guarantee minimum for all teams
- Divisions: Grades K–10
- ⚠️ D1 Teams are allowed, but must play up at least one grade level to balance competition

📑 Division Guidelines
- D2 (Competitive/Developmental – Primary Focus): Strong local or regional teams still developing chemistry, fundamentals, and physicality. Great fit for programs gaining experience and building competitive consistency.
- D1 (Elite/Advanced): High-level travel or circuit teams with advanced players and consistent tournament experience.
⚠️ D1 Teams may register, but must play up at least one grade level to ensure fair play.
