Holiday Hoops Warm-Up - One Day Bracket Bash Venues

Hello Team Representative,

Tournament weekend will be here before you know it. We wanted to send a few reminders and action items to help your team prepare for a smooth and successful event.

Please review the information below and share it with your coaches, players, and families as needed.

ROSTER SUBMISSION

All teams will be required to submit their roster through their Exposure Events coach account.

Submitting your roster helps:

- Automatically populate player names on official scoresheets
- Improve scorekeeping accuracy
- Speed up event operations
- Help keep games running on schedule
- Improve player eligibility verification when needed

Only the following information is required:

- First Name
- Last Name
- Jersey Number

We encourage teams to begin preparing and entering their roster now rather than waiting until tournament week.

PLAYER ELIGIBILITY DOCUMENTS

Please make sure your team has access to the following documents for every player on your roster:

- Birth Certificate
- Most Recent Report Card

Documents may be stored digitally or in paper form.

These documents are only required if a player’s eligibility is protested during the event.

Failure to provide documentation when requested may result in a player being ruled ineligible.

Tournament weekend is quickly approaching, and we want to make sure your team is prepared and does not miss any important deadlines.

Please review the information below and share it with your coaches, players, and families as needed.

PAYMENT DEADLINE

Teams that selected the Pay Later option must be paid in full by the event deadline.

Teams that remain unpaid after the deadline may be removed from the event and replaced by teams on the waiting list.

Please note that if an event fills with paid teams prior to the deadline, unpaid teams may be removed sooner.

If your team is no longer planning to participate, please notify us as soon as possible.

SCHEDULE REQUESTS & RESTRICTIONS

If your team has any scheduling requests or restrictions, please begin preparing them now.

Schedule requests must be submitted prior to schedule construction. While we do our best to accommodate requests submitted in advance, requests submitted after schedules are released cannot be accommodated.
