Thank you all for a great weekend of basketball!
We would love to have each team back for our last 2 tournaments this Spring.

ALL teams who placed 1st or 2nd in Session 2 receive FREE ENTRY into the Tristar Championship on May 16-17! ANY team that registers for Session 3 or the Tristar Champioship before the end of May will receive $25 off team fee. Please use the registration links below!

Admission Cost
$35 weekend pass/$25 for Senior
or
$20 Day pass/$15 for seniors
15 yrs old and younger are free.
3 Coach passes per team

Each team will receive 3 coaches passes and will need to sign for them at the gate of their first game. Home team is responsible for keeping the book (please review rules). If they do not have someone, the away team needs to keep the book. If neither team provides someone, it will not be done. We provide free admission for someone to do this.

Wristbands MUST BE WORN to be honored. Unfortunately people take advantage and pass these around. If it appears to be taped or tampered with it will not be honored.

Gyms will open 15-20 minutes prior to the first game.

ALL PLAYGROUNDS ARE CLOSED AND NOT TO BE USED.

Championship games
We want to promote the positive at our events. One player from each team that places in 1st or 2nd in each division will receive a MVP medal. This player will be selected by the opposing coach. (I.E. 1st place team coach picks 2nds place team's MVP and vice versa). This award can be based on skill or talent but also sportsmanship. This can serve as a reminder for your players that not just you and their parents are watching and the way they play and act on the court is noticed by everyone. The opposing coach will pick the MVP so no coach can be accused of bias or favoritism. We understand games can get heated but after the championship game is over find the game admin and tell him or her which player is the other team's MVP. The hand shake line at the end of the game is a perfect time to do this.

One specific call out is the book keeper. We provde 3 wristbands for each team to allow an extra coach or parent to keep the book. Home team is responsible but if they cannot provide one, the away team can. If neither team can, a book will not be kept. The gym admin at the table may volunteer, but they are not required to as this is clearly stated in our rules.

Please see the attached Roster Form and Waiver/Coaches Oath. Each team is required to turn in a completed roster and waiver prior to their first game at the gate. There will be copies of these available at the gate of each gym, but please try to print and bring them if possible.

Venmo @Tristar_Sports. Text 865-304-8291 with "Team name and Venmo" once paid. Please make sure to select the correct Venmo. There is a scammer out there using our logo and the handle is "Tristar_Sports-". The dash at the end is the give away.

We are full and will be using every hour at every gym we can for this one! We will start early Sunday at 9am. If you CANNOT play early Sunday, I need to know ASAP. Please send a text message to 865-304-8291 if you CANNOT, play early Sunday.
