Each team is required to turn in team fee, as well as completed roster and waiver to the scorers table PRIOR to their first game. There will be copies of these available at the scores table of each gym.

A copy of the rules will be available at each scorers table.

We have 3 options to pay team fee Cash, check or Venmo.
Bring cash or check made out to Tristar Sports and turn into scores table prior to your first game.
Venmo @Tristar_Sports. Text 865-304-8291 with "Team name and Venmo" and I will send you the Venmo link. Please make sure to select the correct Venmo. There is a scammer out there using our logo The Scam handle is "Tristar_Sports-". The dash at the end is the give away.

15 yrs old and younger are free.
3 Coach passes per team

Home team is responsible for keeping the book (please review rules). If they do not have someone, the away team needs to keep the book. If neither team provides someone, it will not be done. We provide free admission for someone to do this.

Wristbands MUST BE WORN to be honored. Unfortunately, people take advantage and pass these around. If it appears to be taped or tampered with it will not be honored.

Enter through the back entrance of the gym. Follow the school road around to the right of the school. Take a left to go behind the school and park. The gym entrance is at the end of the rd between the school and the old tennis courts, near the football field.

Gyms will open 15-20 minutes prior to the first game.

ALL PLAYGROUNDS ARE CLOSED AND NOT TO BE USED.

Championship games
We want to promote the positive at our events. One player from each team that places in 1st or 2nd in each division will receive a MVP medal. This player will be selected by the opposing coach. (I.E. 1st place team coach picks 2nds place team's MVP and vice versa). This award can be based on skill or talent but also sportsmanship. This can serve as a reminder for your players that not just you and their parents are watching and the way they play and act on the court is noticed by everyone. The opposing coach will pick the MVP so no coach can be accused of bias or favoritism. We understand games can get heated but after the championship game is over find the game admin and tell him or her which player is the other team's MVP. The hand shake line at the end of the game is a perfect time to do this.

Hey Coaches, we have not had the turnout we had hoped for this weekend. So we have made the decision to reschedule The Tristar TN Championship to next weekend 5/22-5/24. We are including Friday night games next weekend so those that have tickets to the Savannah Bananas are still able to play and get to the game!
