📋 Game Rules
- Home team provides scorekeeper
- 4-minute warm-up
- 2-minute halftime
Game Length:
- (12–14) minute stop-clock halves
OR
- (2) 18–20 minute running clock halves
- Clock stops during final 2 minutes of the 2nd half
(Mercy Rule):
If a team is up by 25 points at the 2-minute mark of the second half, the Tournament Director at his discretion may call the game for safety purposes.
Timeouts:
- 2 full timeouts per half
- 1 timeout in overtime
- No timeout in 2nd overtime (Sudden Death)
Overtime:
- 2-minute overtime
- 2nd Overtime = Sudden Death (First Team to Score Wins)
Fouls:
- 7 team fouls = 1 & 1 bonus
- 10 team fouls = 2 free throws
- 5 personal fouls to foul out (Tournaments)
- 6 personal fouls (Showcases)
⏱ Grace Period & Conduct
- 10-minute grace period
Director may issue:
- Technical free throws
- Points awarded
- Forfeit

👔 Coaching Rules:
- Only the Head Coach may stand
- Coaches must check in & receive band
- Band must be worn at all times to coach
- 3 FREE coaches bands per team (no extras)
- Coaches must sign Code of Conduct
- $75 fee to challenge player grade/age (must be before game time)
🧢 Uniform & Player Rules:
- Matching uniforms required
(Notify Director before first game if issue arises)
- Top team = Home (light jerseys)
- Bottom team = Visitors (dark jerseys)
- Bring your own ball labeled with team name
- Player Eligibility
- Players may play UP but not DOWN within same organization
- No player may play for more than one organization in same event
(Unless approved by Director due to roster shortage)
📊 Tiebreaker Rules:
- Head-to-Head
- Point Differential
- Points Allowed
- Points Scored
📑 Rosters:
- Roster must be completed in Exposure platform
- Max 15 players (score sheet limitation)
Player must:
- Play at least one pool game
- Be on final roster at registration
- Any pool play absence must be communicated before first game
"No Exceptions After The Fact"
🏀 Ball Size
- Boys 1st–7th Grade & ALL Girls = 28.5
- Boys 8th–12th Grade = 29.5
***If both coaches agree, 29.5 may be used for 1st–7th boys***
🎟 Player & Entry Rules
- Players in full uniform = Free Entry
- Players receive stamp and must show stamp for re-entry
- Without stamp = Full admission price
Required Documents: (Bring one of the following):
- Report Card
- Birth Certificate
- National Sports ID (Preferred)
👥 Spectator Code of Conduct:
- ZERO tolerance for harassing referees, players, or coaches
- ZERO tolerance for negative comments about any athlete
- No spectators allowed on court or bench
🚨 Any behavior deemed detrimental to the event may result in removal for the day or entire weekend with NO refund.
