Hi coaches. We have only had about 1/5 of the teams confirm their updated schedule that was finalized yesterday, Thursday, April 2nd at 11:15 PM. If you have not yet done so, please confirm you have recieved your final updated schedule by emailing jdeaton.athletics@gmail.com with your team name and division. There have been many changes since the tentative schedule last week and we want to ensure all teams have received any changes to prevent any no-shows going forward

Coaches, please confirm your full schedule by emailing jdeaton.athletics@gmail.com with your team name and divison. The schedule is now final and we will be handling any conflicts that arise with those individual teams. The games at the venue labeled "To Be Determine" ("TBD") do not have a specific location yet. We are still ironing out the final location but those games will be on those days at those relative times. You will be notified by us once the venue is set. There are still some games that need to be scheduled, and we will reach out to those teams personally to get them schedules. Those are the following:

SWOB - Spring League - Schedule - Mar 22 - Jun 7, 2026

This is still a very rough schedule and changes will still need to be made based on any conflicts, and additional teams added. We have at least 10-15 more teams to add for the final schedule and are still waiting on more gym availability on Wednesdays and Thursdays at Courts 4 Sports and Queen City Sportsplex. Not all teams are scheduled, or have a complete 10-game schedule, this will be changed once all teams are added and we recieve the other gym time. If there is a conflict, please email it to both tom_sunderman@yahoo.com and jdeaton.athletics@gmail.com before Midnight Sunday Night (March 29th). Please keep in mind we have taken into account all conflicts we have recieved. All teams will need to play a game or two on days they had not selected in order to keep teams from playing each other 3 or more times. If you are scheduled to play this coming Sunday, March 29th-Thurday, April 2nd, please confirm you have received your scheduled game(s) by emailing jdeaton.athletics@gmail.com with your team name, division, and game time. We will be making changes to the rest of the schedule next week in order to add the remaining games and help alleviate any conflicts that arise. If your team is not scheduled for a game from March 29th-April 2nd and would like one, please email jdeaton.athletics@gmail.com and Tom_Sunderman@yahoo.com and we will work to get you a game. We have time open Sunday at Courts 4 Sports and Sports of All Sorts, Wednesday at Courts 4 Sports, and Thursday at Friars
