NBW Philadelphia Adult Basketball Spring League Javelin

Captains,

Welcome to our 2026 Spring Adult Basketball League at the Allan Horowitz Sixth Man Center in Philadelphia, PA. The full league schedule is posted, please review your games but understand that games in the future could change from time to time but when they do you will be notified when they change within 72 hours before. We always recommend to look at your game schedule each Sunday to confirm game times. Please have your team there at least 15 minutes prior to be given jerseys and distributed for new teams. Also note that during the first week our game times will run about 5-10 minutes behind schedule as we get all the names in the iPads. The entire league schedule has been posted on the Exposure app under our league, the link is below if you need it.

Game Jerseys:
- All teams will be given 10 reversible jerseys before their first game, each team gets the same sizes and numbers.
- Any player without a game jersey will be docked 3 automatic points for the opposing team.
- I recommend captains collecting jerseys after each game


Forfeits:
- You must have at least four players to start and finish a game, if you do not have at least four at the start of your game the clock will start and the opposing team will get 10 points. Once 10 minutes runs off the clock and you still do not have at least 4 you will forfeit the game.
- All teams that fail to notify me within 48 hours of your scheduled game of a need to re-schedule will be accessed a forfeit fee of $125 which must be paid before your team is permitted to play any more games.


Playoffs:
- Top 4 make the playoffs; below are the tiebreakers.
1. Less forfeits
2. Record
3. Head to head
4. PT Diff vs Similar Opponents
- In order to qualify to play in the playoffs each player must have played in at least 4 regular season games.


Stats:
- We will have an IPAD stat guy taking all game and player stats.
- all stat leaders will be posted on the Exposure app


Suspensions:
- We will not tolerate any inappropriate behavior to each other or to the refs.
- If you are involved in any fighting or are ejected from any game for double technicals for any reason you will be suspended 1 game and/or be kicked out of the league.
